breaching copyright. Gel Bae is a scam misleading people into believing the products shown on the website are theirs, they're not. It's appalling to see these adds are allowed on Facebook and Instagram. Are there seriously no measures in place to prevent social media platforms advertising scams?

Do not waste your money – You try to leave a bad review on there website under the poly gel kits but they never publish them! Do not fall for there 5 star reviews, as they never publish any bad ones! This company is horrible to deal with, the product is crap! I have also tried reporting them to the ACCC but they do nothing!

I also think it's completely useless if you're trying to make them longer than your current nails. The gel bulges out under the nail, so you then have to use the brush to flatten it out while the cast is on.

The clip thing that's meant to hold the cast on doesn't help at all (one of the times I was drying some nails and when I took them out it had dried lifted off my actual nail).

It's just a nightmare really. Worth looking into other options, or just literally paying to get them done.

Absolutely hopeless service – When the items took much longer to arrive than promised (clearly coming from China to Australia) I complained and was given several stories about how they couldn’t possibly cancel and refund my order. They then said they would refund shipping, which they didn’t. I sent 9 (!!!) emails requesting the order be cancelled as the misleading shipping time meant the product didn’t arrive in time and was ignored or flat out lied to each time. Never again.

Absolutely obsessed and amazed!! – First I would just like to say that the delivery was very efficient. The website is beautiful and very simple to locate items which is what I LOVE.
