hair thinning after a few weeks of using this product and was very concerned

I got in touch via email and was told to return the products to Australia

I went to my local post office here in Ireland to return the package to be told under Australian postage law under no circumstances can fluids or liquids be posted of any kind. I was given an official noticice that was officially stamped from the post office and Georgiemane will not refund the money without the product. Even when I attacked the letter of refusal .How convenient is this is for them.

They know the rules of postage and yet they don’t make any allowances under there money back guarntee.

I will be going further about my how the product affected my hair. I am so annoyed with there attitude in the emails going back and forth so unproffessional

There's absolutely nothing scientific to back up their claims and I suspect most photos being posted by them have been doctored in some way (or a hairdresser has been involved in styling). False advertising – I bought the hair growth package a while ago. I think the site deletes reviews that aren’t in their favour - Hence why I’m posting here. Didn’t help any hair growth and made my hair dry and frizzy, I stopped using it.

I emailed them within the 30 day period however, because they didn't respond until after this date they said my guarantee had lapsed as I have to return my products back within 30 days. Why would I return a product before notifying the company of my concerns? I emailed within the 30 days however they will not accept. Stay clear, don't waste your money!

this is by far the worst product i’ve used despite being the most expensive ! The hair growth spray promises to not weigh down your hair and to not make your roots ‘a grease trap’ however that’s exactly what it does for me.. makes my hair weighted down and makes my roots oily. I haven’t used the anti frizz serum enough to comment. Now, onto the next part.. whoever is in charge of their marketing team needs to be FIRED. I have NEVER had a brand harass me as much as georgie mane does, between the emails and the texts it’s so annoying and extremely spammy. I’ve unsubscribed to both, however i continue to receive them. Do yourself a favour, and stick to products you know and love. I’m left with $150 worth of products that I don’t want to use because I feel they are doing more damage than good.

Amazing!!! – I wish I could give this more stars, I have never wanted to use hair supplements to help my hair grow incase of adverse side affects, and I saw this advertised on Facebook. Please do not trust this company. They offer money back guarantee however the cost of returning from Ireland to Australia (full products) via tracked mail is €67 bringing the total spent on these products to almost €200. Products themselves are heavy and leave hair greasy. Did absolutely nothing for growth. I question the validity of alot of the reviews

These people are putting a bit of castor oil into cheap shampoo and conditioner and charging you £20 a bottle. Castor oil is well known to stimulate hair growth. Buy some for pennies and avoid this scam.
