Website needs updating on which Victorian restaurants are participating. The search function doesn't work effectively. Website is clunky. Gift vouchers are redeemed in $50 or $100 values at a time. I had a $200 voucher. Just gift cash, rather than buying this voucher.
Aweful experience! Do not purchase from this company. I was gifted a $200 gift card. But they only allow you to swap $100 or $50 NOT the entire $200. I contact them they said just do it twice. While the concept might sound simple, the execution has proven problematic. Ongoing Redemption Issues: 30 Days and Counting After receiving my gift card, I followed the instructions and attempted to swap it for a restaurant-specific card through their app. According to their promotional materials, “Restaurant eGift cards are usually fulfilled within seconds”. However, my experience has been dramatically different. Thirty days after initiating the swap, I’m still waiting for the process to complete. The app simply displays a message indicating the swap is “being” processed, with no timeline or further information. This month-long delay directly contradicts their promised instant fulfillment and has prevented me from using my Christmas gift well into the new year. The worse gift card ever – Worse company ever tried to redeem $100 of my $200 voucher over 2 weeks ago and says it is sending the voucher to use and nothing and gift to dine keeps saying management team are reviewing it but nothing at all think this company is a scam and recommend never use them
Lacklustre offerring – Pretty mediocre restaurant selection tbh. Would have preferred cash. Suggest checking out good food's gift card as an alternative.
Gift to dine gift card. Bad customer service – Not a good customer service. Very bad experience we had with them about replacing the damaged pin number. Couldn’t use the card. They never resolved the issue in a time frame they gave us.
