This is the worst frying pan I have ever used as everything sticks and very hard to clean. The customer service lady asked if I had used it properly, not helpful. Returning today as Kmart ones do a better job. Show details
Pans took ages to arrive and I didn't use them straight away so hen I eventually did, the 30 day money back guarantee had expired. The non stick element is non existent, and although they look good, they are definitely not worth the money - certainly would not recommend. While I was cooking, I heard a loud pop — loud enough to cause instant ringing in my ears — and then felt something hit my chin. Non-stick NOT! – Sadly I had high hopes when I saw the ad and then bought it. Used it a couple of times for omelettes and pizza and it proved itself but third time on, not non-stick! Even seasoned it prior to every use. Waste of money :( Show details

So, not quite as described but I swapped forever chemicals for forever cookware. Also, the rims on the glass lids were a water trap.
Follow-up · Everything in my original review remains the same, the only issue with the lids is when it is washed and drained, water is trapped around the underside of the metal rim. got it RIGHT with these! Oh and the free Knife that came with them is a beauty too! Real sharp and feels good in the hand and works/balanced very well, again, KUDOS Global Shop Direct! Credit where credit is due! The only minor complaint and I'm not sure how to fix it water gets trapped in the lid after washing, in the very edge and seems to take a lot of shaking to get out, maybe a pin hole in the inner edge to let the water drain out? Perhaps in line with the vent hole, so it's easy to know where to place lid position to aid the draining? BUT if that's the only fault it's NOTHING!
The pan is great, requires minimal oil for cooking, heats up quickly, food is cooked perfectly equally around and easy to clean and no chemicals of old non stick pans are there. Handles remain cool. I love it. Show details · 1

Everything sticks – I found that everything seems to stick to pan even if using oil or butter. Nothing like they show on the tv ads. Great flavoured food starts here – I love this pan. It does what it claims to do and so far no problems. I have however not tested the limits with metal utensils. the plus side, the lids are amazing despite the weird build of the edges. Sometimes, they can be annoying to clean and dry but function as intended.

When I used the main large fry pan in the set it buckled in the middle and everything instantly stuck to that part and the surface went black. This is the most expensive and worst pan I ever used. Don't waste your money! – This product DOES NOT work as advertised. The first time it was used, the food stuck to the bottom. It has been used a total of four times now and cannot be wiped clean with a cloth. A scourer has to be used to get the burnt bottom clean. And there in the top right-hand corner was a display of a 3-year warranty.
