Terrible customer service – Customer service useless. No help whatsoever. Waiting for a week for them to get back to me after lodging a complain. Never got any reply. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere
If I could give zero stars I would – Do not use this company. I should have read the reviews before I booked. Booking from Daylesford to Melbourne airport for a Monday morning. They took money from my account straight away and accepted the booking. They texted the night before saying they couldn’t find a driver. Despite me emailing several times they have not refunded my money and have not responded to my emails. Absolutely disgraceful.
Terrible business – Ordered online lift to concert 18/3/23 , they took out the amount twice totaling more than $280 , I cancelled the lift, tried emailing three times with no luck, still no refund or contact from them as of 28/3/23. Absolute thieves.

Best ride share – I have used GoCatch 4 Times and all four times the cars and drivers have been top class. I was even upgraded to premium twice without extra charge. The fares also beat others by at least 10%
Great tech and love no surge pricing – Useful app to have my S8. Always use GoCatch for work in the morning and I have always been able to secure a driver (but then again, I work in the CBD - If i was back at home, it would be harder in Bonnyrigg). 530pm. I love supporting local, Australian companies so I avoid Uber and such. I would recommend GoCatch to all my professional colleagues and friends because they are my cheaper option. I think GoCatch just needs to be clearer in their comms with voucher credits, payment charges. It's in their tncs but no-one reads it. I didn't either so my first voucher credit didn't work but it worked on the second. I would love to see more rideshare drivers driving with GoCatch, I always get an upgrade to Taxi, which I don't mind but I like sitting in different cars every morning. My Uncle and friends have tried driving for Uber and customer service was the worst...just silent.

No refund despite service I booked not being available – Booked and paid GoCatch on 15/02/23. Received an sms- saying no taxi available & offering a trip at twice the price, or a refund. I first asked for a refund 17/02/23, & then on 23 & 27/02/23. Have heard nothing since.
Terrible! – Definitely wont use their service again! - Went into the emergency room so my trip has to be cancelled. Msg to cancel the airport transfer and was advised NO refund can be provided! Not even a single dollar! Reason: the driver refused to refund. The point is the driver has never provided any service to me! I m even ok for a half refund, but they said NO!

Arrivals. 2 Look out for your driver who will be holding a sign with your name on it. So I was expecting the driver to be IN THE TERMINAL with the sign with our names on it. We waited and waited. Finally we managed to contact the service by some stranger letting us use his phone. (We don't have mobile roaming) The driver had been waiting for us in some area outside of the terminal we had no knowledge of and had left because we "hadn't turned up" The instructions should have stated where to meet the driver. We managed to get there in the end with a replacement driver from the taxi company, but we were very worried for sometime, that we had been "scammed".

pre-booking was to eliminate any anxiety associated with not being able to get transport that late in the evening. And then to discover that the pre-booked cost was 70% greater than what I actually paid my taxi driver. How are they still in business?
DODGY Rip off busuness – Car was booked and paid for for an airport pick-up to hotel in Port Macquarie and then pick up from accommodation back to airport at end of stay. Cart never arrived at either end. No phone number to ring to find out was happening. Lost money paid. Please never use this service--it must be reported to the ACCC for totally dishonest business practices.
Drivers guaranteed payments twice weekly – I underquoted a job by 50kms and was given the assignment; completed the job as directed , now 2 weeks later still have not been paid and unable to get Gocatch to respond to my emails, this is not the first time but it will be the last.
DO NOT TRUST – Our transfer company received an email to confirm a group of 8 passengers arriving on the Gold Coast the following day. They demanded a copy of the drivers Licence and a copy of our accreditation certificate. They also wanted a copy of a insurance documents along with numbers on our policy. the booking would not go ahead without the information. They also wanted an invoice sent with no passenger name on it or refence number. which I believe would never have been paid. The lady Rochelle was not very pleasant and just did not understand why I would not send them this private information. We have been in this industry for 30 years and have never been asked for this information before. Please be careful of this company as no one should ask for this private information and be held to ransom for work. You can not contact them and we will not be dealing with them ever again. They are fake and prey on honest people wanting to work for a living.

Rip-off Scheme – They are just a ripoff Scheme. Don’t drive with them as they don’t pay your money as promised. It was recommended by someone I don’t really trust but I gave it a go since I needed work. shouldn’t have listened to him. Bad people surround them self with only bad people like them Very ver very TERRIBLE service.
Absolutely awful – This was an awful experience. The driver wouldn’t pick us up from where we were standing to take our luggage and was over 20 minutes late. The van smelt absolutely disgusting and the driver was very rude. We pre-paid all our drives and we’re still charged over $100 extra. Overall a very bad service, would never think about doing this again.

us to look for our driver for half an hour but no sign. Had to take another taxi. Phoned Go catch on arrival at hotel but insisted that drive turned up. Also they don’t work after ours or Sunday. Useless. Never use again. British Airways also have a lot to answer for.

Anne&Tom – After a tiring 13 hour flight we expected our taxi to be at pre booked taxi point. We waited over an hour in a biting cold wind and no taxi appeared. After phoning was told by receptionist that we were a 'no show'. Also we would be charged again if she sent another one. Avoid this place at all costs.

Apparently he was sent to the airport on another booking and was most apologetic when he (Alan) arrived. As you would know what the traffic would be like in Sydney at that time, we had no chance to be at ANZ Stadium before 7.30pm for the start of the show. When we got there roads around the stadium were closed so Alan had to drop us off as close as he could get but it was a huge task for us to walk the last section. I am 83 years old and unable to move very well so by the time we got to the gate the show had started. I was so distressed that I had to be taken to our seats in a wheelchair. Our driver (Alan) was very concerned but could not do anything else for us. After the show he was close by and we were able to call him to pick us up for the drive back to our hotel. He did a great job under the circumstances. Your company caused a lot of upset for our plans to be early (as planned) and I could not recommend you for any special bookings.
Take money from account for no service – Gocatch model of taking money immediately that you book them when no car is available they ask you to cancel the trip. This is in breach of Australian consumer law. When you ask for immediate refund they sayt the bank will take 10 days to refund. It is theft and take my advice, delete the app and never use Gocatch. Ever.
Fraud – Fraudulently used my card!!!! Never heard of this company untill I heard from my bank. Disgusting I've had to cancel cards due to this company. Do not use this business!

Awful beware of vouchers! – Received a free “$100” voucher from p and O cruises and decided to use it. business days to return the fund to your account. When you book a fare it takes the “estimated fare” even if you use a voucher. The actual fare was $75 (in a maxi taxi on the way home) so they debited me almost twice what the fare was worth on top of the fact they didn’t use the voucher as promised. When you book a fare it doesn’t say anywhere how much money they will debit either... awful never again.

driver. Next driver was prompt, polite, spoke English and could not handle my wife's power chair! Somebody in their office dropped the ball. Meanwhile 1st driver is calling wanting to know why we canceled on him! Totally unprofessional. We ended up using local taxi and didn't have to wait at all.
In the end goCatch cost us over an hour of time. I'd walk before calling them.
Got my money back – Got charged twice. The did refund me one amount tho after numerous emails. Driver is being investigated for the way he asked me for the payment. Not just from the app
Don’t get ripped off by these crooks! – Go catch is so dodgy. They are overpriced, unethical and sneaky. They take money from your account before you even have a booking confirmed, usually a lot more than a fair would cost you. And their drivers tell you that they only accept cash payments so you get charged twice! Don’t be fooled by their coupons, they never get applied to the trips anyway!!
It’s a scam! Please avoid ! – Used Go Catch for my 6 days business trip in Nov 18. Out of the 8 trips I took using Go Catch, one trip charged me twice. AUD 56. Sent in a trip review for their fastest route guarantee but sorry no reply. Sent in another email, also no reply. The best part came 5 days later, obviously the driver thought that earning 40% more for the trip was not enough and he informed GoCatch that there was AUD 5.70 toll charges that he “forgotten” to charge me and my credit card was charged another AUD 5.70 more 5 days later! Sent in another request for this unauthorized charges and received a reply by GoCatch of this “forgotten charges” by the driver which I replied that I totally disagreed but too bad, that the end of reply from GoCatch, they just totally ignored me. Don’t every become a GoCatch driver – There is no driver assistance. You can contact them. They will contact if they have solve your issues. They charge driver even if you haven't done any job. Secondly they don’t have any fix percentages of job how much they charge the driver whatever they think. They are rip off don’t trust them.
Charged for a Toll we didn't incur! – Used GoCatch (taxi) to get to the Bris cruise port at Hamilton. crooks - My credit card was debited before I had a chance to review the charge and now have to wear that incorrect charge. They are no better that the Cab Conpanies they represent! Will not be using them again.
Extremely bad, waste of time – Well I searched Google for the best taxi app in Melbourne, so the fist link was showing this app as the first one before uber so I installed it and when I needed a cab I tried it, I had to wait for like 5 minutes every time I tried to make a request than the result is always there is no cabs in your area while in uber there had like 5 or 6 every time and the far that cost 8$ in uber, it costs between 12 and 16$ in this app.
Never arrived..I missed seeing my wife before surgery – Driver never arrived. There was no attempt to fix the problem for me. Took multiple attempts to get through on the phone and the responder showed a total lack of caring.

Don't trust this company – On the 13th of June, I applied 4 x $20 vouchers to my account. I then took at 10 min trip in Melbourne and was charged $14.66. Clearly the vouchers were not honoured. responded saying that I would like them to follow my original instructions. On August the 20th they asked me to put my credit card details into the app so they could refund it later. I did. It is now end of October and 3 unanswered emails later and they have not done this.
