Phone booking, professional worker, quick efficient response. The car was what I expected, in clean condition with plenty of petrol. The car was used for a work related matter and fitted my needs perfectly.

Super easy to get you from A to B. Process of booking is simple although it could be improved. The app layout is good but sometimes it doesn't load the location of available vehicles so you have to restart the app. Overall, it's simply excellent.
Super convenient, easy to book.
Great experience hiring a van. Excellent service. I would highly recommend GoGet to anyone who needs to hire a van to move a piece of furniture. We will use GoGet again.
Flexible and convenient
The online site is easy to use and services have broadened. A range of memberships, booking flexibility and car types. I can also put my membership on hold if overseas.
Great to be able to get a choice of vehicle for a short or longer use, however bit of stress involved
Not all vehicles have fixed parking locations, and not all vehicles have clear instructions for parking that explain where the vehicle is meant to be parked and notes about parking permits, parking zones etc
Enables mobility and freedom without owning a car
I have been very happy with GoGet since I joined almost a year ago. Cars are always available when I need them, and every experience with the customer service team has been very helpful, friendly and professional. I don't find it particularly cheap, but it obviously beats the costs of having to maintain my own car and is super convenient. Allows me to go on little trips on the weekend and run errands that require a car. Definitely recommend.
Convenient and super easy
I have a 2-seater car so when my parents come to visit from Canberra it is awesome to use! So easy to book on the app. Brilliant and a saviour!
Overall poor performance
Goget card does not work in basement parking .. app has many issues .. customer service bad .. car given not clean ..most of the time customer service not available .. whole concept of using card to open or close cars has many issues
Enables our car free lifestyle
I've been using GoGet for years now and find it very convenient. Our family manages to live without a car but there are of course always occasions were a car is essential. This is where GoGet comes in; if it were not for GoGet we would be forced to own a car. We save thousands of dollars a year by not owning a car. GoGet has been very dependable and have always resolved any issues quickly and fairly. They could probably clean the cars a bit more regularly though, and I wish they had a local call centre rather than an outsourced one.
Super convenient, super easy
We’ve been using GoGet for around 6 months and it’s overall been a great experience; I actually wish we’d signed up earlier. Customer service is really good - the signup process was really straightforward and quick and any time we’ve needed to contact them they’ve been great. More than anything, it’s just super convenient - we rarely pre-plan a booking (especially for a quick trip) but we’ve always found an immediately available vehicle within a 5 minute walk from home. And it’s 24/7, unlike with car hire. It’s like owning a car, but cheaper and without the hassle. Obviously, where you live is important (we’re in Sydney) and it’s worth checking how many pods there are around you - but if you’re in a well-covered area then GoGet is great.

Customer service are very friendly and supportive. Payments and all related matters were handeled very smoothly. The vehicle I received is same as what I booked and even it exceeds my expectations.
The vehicle is Brand new. I used the van to transport materials and it always meets my needs.
Goget has a great system!
From personal experience, Goget has a great system (and cheaper than other commercial hire companies) backed up by good customer service on the rare occasion when something "goes wrong".
I have used Goget a number of times and, with one exception, the vehicle has been where I expected to find it and performed well/done the job.
The one exception occurred when the previous customer parked the vehicle in the wrong location - a phone call to Goget produced an effective and rapid response ie. the customer service guy used GPS to identify the vehicle location so finding it was no longer a problem. However, I was then unable to start the vehicle (flat battery). Another phone call to Goget resulted in immediate transfer of the booking to an alternative similar vehicle (1 tonne van) not far away.
The end result: I finished the job on schedule. Thank you Goget!
Generally, a good service but a couple of niggles
The setup process was easy and the booking is also very easy. Customer service has been good, answering in a timely fashion. The vehicles have been good although I feel that the maintenance could improve, such as the washer bottles should be filled up.
Plenty of cars at your fingertips.
We love go get. The Yaris cars are affordable, fairly cheap, economical and include petrol. We live in the melbourne CBD and used to own a car, though the practicalities of paying for parking versus our occasional driving made Go Get a better value proposition. The cars are mostly clean but occasionally there are new users who leave the cars in a mess. Thats a problem easily reported and compensated for. Customer service is generally good. Careful on any insurance problems though as they charge first, and ask questions later. I have twice been charged the A$300 reduced liability fee which I had to claim back later. We have hired cars around 100 times. Its a great service.
Easiest app to use!
GoGet is amazing to use! It is so easy to book a car with their app. The car was in place and ready to go. Have never had an issue with a GoGet vehicle. Very happy customer.
Good quality vehicles, easy to use, and decent pricing
Didn’t use customer service, but didn’t need to! Car was where it was meant to be and worked as it should. Payment was behind the scenes and seamless. No complaints here.
A good solution but not run the best
The system is a great solution to not owning a car and runs smoothly 80% of the time. However, GoGet needs to get its back-end systems sorted. Invoicing issues and lack of communication are common issues - I've been triple-charged, moved cars with no notice, charged full price when I've had a discount. Just waiting for them to sort themselves out!
Perfect for small business
I use the vans for my small production business. We work mainly in Sydney but have jobs in Brisbane as well. Perfect for unexpected tasks. Conveniently located sites, online booking is fast and simple
Would be great if you got enough pods in your area
It was great until I moved to my current area with only one pod near my place. The car at this only pod is always not working. Each time I tried to book it, I'd get a message from GoGet about an hour before my booking, that I got re-assigned to another car that is few blocks away. And that car is always missing from its pod. I had to call GoGet to get another car again. This happened 3-4 times in the past 2 months. The only good thing about them is the friendly and helpful staff who picks up my calls each time I can't find the car.

Very well customer service. Once that I misplaced my access card a nice support guy gave me a spare one in person in less than 5 mins.
The vehicles are always the same except one time that I car wasn't in the pod and I had to wait 20mins to have it back by previous customer.
I recently used two vans for moving stuff and I am quite satisfied with your service. I think without it, my relocation would cost me more than I could thought.
