Worst service I've encountered

I have experienced terrible customer service on multiple occasions. A number of times I have been disconnected from the customer service representative and have had to call back 3+ times.

My friend almost missed a flight when the car locked us out with the luggage inside the car when i needed to report damage. When I started driving the alarm went off two separate times.

I have also been changed incorrect fees of $25 for times that I apparently kept the car to long when I did not.

Terrible company. Terrible service. Terrible software.

Easy and convenient

published

Using GoGet for the first time was an easy and convenient experience. Within 15 minutes I had picked up a GoGet card, had the card activated and was on the way to pick up the van. The customer service team were really helpful and made the whole experience go smoothly. The van was in immaculate condition and was really easy to drive. Highly recommend this service.

GoGet wont return my calls about an accident

I was involved in a minor at fault accident on 7 May involving a third party and paid a $750 damage fee to GoGet to cover the damage. GoGet hasn't contacted the third party to sort out their damage and they are now chasing me to cover the costs. I have emailed the GoGet damage team twice and rang three times trying to speak to someone in Australia to try sort it out and GoGet hasn't returned any of my calls. Seriously - turn around and run. Do not hire one of these cars.

Good option when you don't have a car.

Used Goget for the first time recently. Booking was easy and straight forward. Car was in good condition
and reliable also in very convenient location. Very reasonably priced.
Will use it again.

Excellent Service!

I signed up to GoGet & used a van to move a lot of stuff from storage to home. When I've hired vans before I've had to travel to the business premises to collect & return the van. With GoGet it was a short walk from my home.
When I got in the van I needed some advice on operation so called GoGet & had a great response.
I would definitely recommend GoGet - the best customer experience I've had in a long time,

Good Experience

First time user and a senior. Needed a van to pick up a bulky object and transport to our bush retreat 90 mins from Darlinghurst. Vans were located 3 mins walk from our apartment. Got the job done there and back in 3 1/2 hours. All good and no problems. Satisfied first time user.

Many cars removed without notice?

Suddenly almost all cars in my local area were removed without notice to past customers. Two engagements with chat line resulted in "all cars deactivated until further notice" No indication of when cars might be available again. GoGet has usage history and phone numbers. How hard is it to create an SMS group and inform regular clients what is going on? Every day for last 2 weeks I have walked past a car which was previously available but no longer on the booking system? Very poor customer service and logistics management.

This was my first time using the GoGet service and I was happy with the product and service. I hired a van to pick up some furniture which we purchased.

Disgusting nightmare : impossible to end my subscription

I was approached 4 years ago in IKEA store and subscribed as it sounded good. Since 2018 as I wasn’t using it anymore and they were charging my credit card with annual fees, I’ve been trying to leave, but they ignored my requests and it's still going on in 2020 (they even pretend I never made any closure request, when I have all the traceability saved).

Stopped parking your cars on our street.

We are getting more and more of go get cars parking along our street. It is a very quiet residential area. Many of us now cannot park in front of our own house. Have called up the council and they confirmed that it is for people living there and not for businesses parking their cars there. Do the right thing.
