Honestly the easiest and cheapest way I found to hire and use cars!
I started using GoGet for a quick move to a new apartment, after one time I was hooked. It is so fast convenient and reliable. The staff are very supportive if there is an issue and it's pretty powerful to be able to get a vehicle within seconds and use it for your needs.
Very cheap to run and perfect for my moves and day road trips.
Just don't loose your go get tag !

Go Get - the worst company to use!
1) I had to collect vehicle that was not parked in a Go Get space
2) Returned vehicle to the same non Go Get Space
3) Informed Go Get via their chat message customer service system which is less than satisfactory service
4) 3 weeks later I received an email informing me I have to pay for an infringement notice as I was the last person to use the vehicle.
5) Despite repeated attempts to get them to either waive, discuss or be amenable, they simply state and re-state that its my responsibility.
6) Do not use them - they are thieves and novices
Amazing, but just a bit of bad luck.
Pro - it's incredible that we live in an era where something like this is even possible. Con - my first experience was a flat battery, however customer service resolved it efficiently.
I just got an email saying I have a $25 fine for returning the car late but this is false!! If anything I was 10 minutes early!!!!!!horrible don’t recommend to anyone
Works very well for me
The service does what it says. Cars are good. The only issues I have are with people parking in the sharecar spaces! Convenient and cost effective for me as I live close to many pods and am able to track my usage easily via the app and email. I am a musician with equipment and when I can't take public transport this works well for me.
So convenient...and great value.
I'm really happy to have access to my GoGet car. I love that it's all care and no responsibility. It's much cheaper than owning my own car and although I haven't done this yet, it's great to know I can choose from a range of different cars any time I like.
Amazingly Awful Service
Appalling service by your company. Received a car with pre-existing damage and your staff were not helpful. In the time it took for road side assistance to arrive and deem the car not safe to drive we were still charged by the company. As an act of 'goodwill' you gave a $25 credit which was offset by a fine of $25 for driving outside of the booking time after it was manually changed by your staff. I have tried to get in contact multiple times only to have the phone cut off by staff or not answered at all.
Not great for corporate setting.
We have a corporate account, travelling our team to provide health care to people in their home. The account management is woeful. There seems to be no ability for go get to keep accurate records of payments made. Frequently I receive notifications the account is overdue but when I log in to check it is not. I have even had the account suspended, which means the staff cannot get to see people who need health care. One invoice will show no outstanding amount and then the next month will show 3k outstanding even though the previous invoice was ...paid in full. When questioned they are very unhelpful, telling me the issue was from the previous, previous month. I have to now reconcile the account but they will not provide me with what payments have been received. Unfortunately we will have to look for another provider as it is not sustainable to have the account suspended, resulting in people missing out on required care, because of gogets poor accounting practices. Corporate account may be okay if the service you provide are not time critical or do not involve the provision of care, if they are I suggest look elsewhere.
Worst Customer Service Ever
The customer service is next to the worst you would ever receive. There are multiple times when the line would cut out because where they are based overseas the reception is non existent. Sometimes if the pod is taken they will make you park blocks away so you will need to lug your things across a 2-3 blocks and they have the cheek to say its only 5 mins walk (like I beg your pardon)! Just down right rude a lot of the times. I had requested to downgrade my account and they still didn't do it for 3 months and I had to keep calling to fix, it, so...no - I don't recommend Goget. A lot of the time the car is covered in bird dropping so you are driving around in a car the is literally covered in poop. Making its difficult to see out the window and windscreen because the screen wipers won't clean but make it worst. They are quick to fine you will you are a minute late but will not refund or take the time to discuss any returns of funds.
Will charge you and refuse to help
-10. There is no customer service. Credit card gets charged even before your sign up is complete. When it doesn’t go well, I accepted and asked for my money back so I can hire another car. They refuse to return the money until 4 days later. I was left stranded. It’s fine if everything goes smoothly but otherwise do not expect any kind of customer service. They do not have any care towards another person. I would never trust them with your account.
Really poor customer care by accounts team
With my credit card on their system a payment was taken out for the use of one of their cars. I received an automated response saying my account was overdue. I checked on-line and there was no issues with my account. I then emailed their help centre and received confirmation that my account was not overdue. I continued to receive emails about the overdue account, and had another confirmation that all was fine from their help team.
My account was then suspended (so I can no longer go into my account to see the payment taken out) and demand ema...ils started arriving. After more enquiries and follow ups with no response, I finally heard back from them asking for proof of the payment. My credit card statement was provided clearly showing the payment. They still don't seem to accept that evidence and are asking for a physical receipt (!!!) even though they took the payment from my card on their system. It has proved to be such a waste of time and enormously frustrating. It is difficult to accept being threatened with a credit default and debt collectors (for less than $200) when you have not done anything wrong and have had previously received confirmation, twice, that there were no problems. Historically I enjoyed using GoGet and never had any problems. I was about to encourage my staff to start using the corporate account I set up, but how they have dealt with this has got me looking for an alternative. Most frustrating though is my time that has been wasted (let alone being threatened with debt collectors) trying to rectify the problem and have to prove that I have not done anything wrong when they were in control of the whole process. Really disappointed

For years we utilised Taxis / Ubers at a considerable cost - recently we moved to Go-Get and have more than halved our miscellaneous transport costs - and now enjoy more freedom, flexibility and control with travel everyday - we are massive fans
State of car.
I have to say the concept is incredibly convenient for inner city living.
The only issue I have is the state of the interior of a few of the cars I have hired. They are very grubby and don’t appear to have been cleaned in quite some time.
Rented a car to go on a road trip & the card reader stopped working.
Rented a car to go on a road trip & the card reader stopped working. The car had some pet hair on the back seat too. The car horn made a loud noise which was hard to shut down. Then the reader would only work twice more before it completely broke.
We had to change our itinerary because we had to wait for NRMA to help us get in the car. Then the rest of the trip involved waiting for the customer service to answer (probably took us 4 hours in total and multiple calls) to let us in after leaving the car for a different stop on our holiday. We ...had to do this for each stop! It was a huge hassle and since there are no alternative gogets in Canberra we had to suck it up for the rest of the holiday. To compensate for all this we were only given a $25 Goget credit.
The customer service sorted out my anxiety of a missing car really quickly. The service is outstanding. You are in good hands! Book with confidence! I will definitely be back!

I'm sorry we haven't gotten to this one sooner!
