Thank God we have the virus that gives large international retail companies the best excuse to save money and being careless about customer service or product support. Here is a good rule in regards to miserable service by multi national companies: check them out before you purchase anything from them. In many cases these companies have become too big without providing any customer support. I suggest to anyone wanting to purchase a Go Pro product, to check out their miserable customer service before you purchase anything. Best is to purchase Go Pro from Amazon they are often much cheaper than the local store and you have your item very quickly and without the trouble of bad customer service. Think twice before you purchase! I purchased the item by Amazon and I had the item delivered next day and for half the price.
