Terrible! The coating is super thin and scratches quickly – I had this product for less than two weeks and it got scratched. It's clear from the scratch that the coating is very thin. Show details

Customer Service is zero – We placed an order for the cooking set, the next day the same product goes on sale for 60% off at Myer. After several attempts of calling and emailing without reply, we finally managed to get someone on call and asked for price match or order cancel / refund. At this time, the product had still not been shipped. The customer service is neither… Read more

helpful nor practical in solving any such problems related to refund, they blatantly refused to provide any help - They just don't do the refund or order updates.

Nearly $ 400 down the drain – Bought a whole set, total Rubbish, waste of money. Works great for a little while than starts sticking and some of the coating came off in small bits, contacted green pan, they said pitting is a normal seeing their coating is ever so hard. The then exposed material is aluminium, awesome for your health. Green pan a total scam and false advertising. Just Google Green pan lawsuit.... Show details

Super Dodgey. Have literally had to report to Consumer Rights – Bought a 12pc turquoise set, 1 product arrived already damaged/bent in the box. Terribly quality. I complained (with photos) that very day. Was simply told "This is being sent to the relevant department". Was offered a black replacement, which I was not happy with as it did not match the set I purchased. I asked for a few other options, and was… Read more

again told "bla bla relevant department." 2nd time using the larger pan, we realised this was also faulty. Complained and sent photos, at this point asking to return all the products and receive a refund. Sent REPEAT follow up emails over the next month and a half, still no resolution. Also noticed that when cooking, a black substance came from all the pots and pans, so we ceased use, worrying that it may be toxic or damaging to our bodies. Upon the final use (which was about the 3rd use) both pans I had been using STUCK. I literally could not even wash them after soaking. Nothing would get the stick off. I tossed them into the garage and sent another email. I then called and received the same "[Name Removed]", who proceeded to yell and talk over the top of me. So today I rang Consumer Affairs and was advised they have breeched about 6 consumer rights acts, and I will be sending a formal letter of complaint and demand for my refund. I DO NOT recommend this product or this company. Have had nothing but issues and am seriously concerned with their claims to be "non-stick" and "non-toxic". Additionally to these issues, the handles for the steamer are internal, so you cannot touch them at all... and the heat does not distribute evenly at all. I would give this a -10 out of 5 if I could.

Utter garbage – I bought a set as they claimed to be dishwasher safe and metal utensil safe and thousands of positive reviews (which have since vanished). I'm glad I never used metal as the non stick lining is coming away and the metal beneath is soft and fragile. They are the worst pans I've ever purchased, in my opinion, and will go back to scan pan and arcosteel, which are a similar price. Show details

Save your money and DO NOT BUY!! – Would give o stars if I could! Worst pans ever!! Literally everything sticks to them after a few uses- coating chips off on all the edges even with proper care. Absolutely terrible product and just wasted money. We can’t even use them as it’s pointless with food sticking so bad even with using their recommendations to make it better- nothing… Read more

works. Company refuses to accept responsibility saying that “chipping of the product is normal” okay what?? Why should that be normal. And refuses to help about the non stick issue- looks like everyone on here has the same problem.. do not buy!!

Worst pan ever – I bought a 2 set from Myer paying around $120 plus for 28cm and 32 both are terrible I can't make an egg without it getting stuck all over I don't like writing reviews but I just want some to save their hard earned money gone back and paid 60 for a Tefal all good clearly they should advertise this as a stick and not a non stick Show details

So disappointing – Despite following all care instructions... the non stick last probably two cooks... after that they have become the worst pans ever! Everything sticks, even fatty bacon. Eggs are a nightmare. Expensive pans and rendered useless after a few weeks. Show details

Very Toxic and worst customer service – Greenpan is one of the worst companies I have ever deal with, not only the website is misleading about the safety of their pans and their toxicity as they are now proof that they contains several toxins, including silane and aluminum oxide, unfortunately I discovered this after bought the pans, one of them came faulty and I was not been able to… Read more

assemble the pan, I been contact the company since January (now is middle march) with videos of the problem, and they have not provided it with a solution, not even a return label. Terrible product even worst customer service. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your money or health with their products

Don’t waste your money on this cookware – My wife purchased 2 GreenPan Frypans just on 6 months ago. We have a raft of cookware as we are both keen cooks, however we were after a couple of pans which were of a safer & better quality than what we were presently using. While they look impressive with their ceramic coating they are anything but a non stick pan, in actual fact everything… Read more

sticks to these pans so avoid at all costs as they are a complete waste of money & are now binned after 6 months. They are nothing more than expensive landfill.

perfect product - GreenPan Barcelona Frying Pan, Black - 20cm – After reading two excellent blogs and over a hundred scathing reviews, I trusted my gut and purchased the healthiest cookware on the market. IT'S AWESOME, folks that gave awful reviews either mustn't know how to cook or are just too impatient to cook on low to medium settings as the product advises. I have used this pan almost ten times, well… Read more ·  1

over the mark for bad reviews and it's still the perfect pan, like new. I have reheated mac n cheeze, steamed vegetables, tofu, rice etc with no oil, only a small amount of water and used a small amount of olive oil on the two occasions I have cooked pikelets.

It does take a few extra minutes to heat up compared to the pan I used before, but I purchased this product for health reasons and I won't go back for the sake of a few minutes.

It's so easy to clean, way easier than my last pan. The handle doesn't get hot and my food has no plastic residue.

I will be purchasing further products from GreenPan, I only ordered a fry pan and a stock pot originally in case the reviews were true.

Not as advertised – The Smokey Blue is actually green. Their customer service is non existent. They don’t respond to emails or answer phones. They don’t even respond to Facebook posts. I’ve taken this to the ACCC because after 3 weeks of trying to get a return authority, I’m getting nowhere. Do not buy from these people Show details

Absolutely horrible. Have never seen a product this bad – Pan is only JUST non stick for 3 months, then everything sticks. Coating then gets a burnt look on it. And , the pans have never been over heated, always plastic and wood utensils. Handle design is poor , where I have burnt my hand as the steel comes to the handle where you can hold. Our pan set are a throw away after 3 months, will never buy this product again. Show details

Non-stick but only for a few months – I purchased the Green pan 24cm fry pan from DJ. Initial impression was great. Looked sturdy and high quality. Unfortunately despite following all instruction, the non-stick property quickly failed and it was impossible to fry an egg. Contacted Greenpan customer service over email. Got a reply after a week. They advised to use a magic eraser to do… Read more

a "hard clean". The magic eraser did its trick, again for around 2 weeks, after which the fry pan became sticky all over again.

If I have to clean the fry every 2 weeks with magic erasers ($8 per block) per fortnight, this is clearly not sustained. Recontacted customer service 2 weeks ago....still awaiting reply.

If you are looking for a non-stick fry pan, this is not a good option.

This is THE worst pan I have ever bought – Buying this pan was a big mistake. The non stick coating doesn’t work at all. I tried on low medium and high temperature and always with loads of oil and it ALWAYS sticks to the pan. Making omeletes is literally not doable, it’s ridiculous Furthermore, in high temperatures this pan burns a lot the food producing carcinogenic stuff. Also because… Read more

Poorly designed and manufactured cheaply in China – The pan I bought was convex-higher in the middle than the circumference. Impossible for omelettes. When I attempted return to company, I was given the polite brushoff and ignored. Also, the edges are sharp not rounded making draining it difficult for certain recipes. OK, for meat or stir fry but dreadful for eggs. I have a feeling it is… Read more

Absolute Junk – I bought the 24cm Greenpan as it was heavily discounted - mainly to cook eggs and omelets. It’s touted as a ‘non-stick’ pan, however it’s exactly the opposite of non-stick. Only used it twice and already it’s lost its non-stick properties. Save your money and buy the Arcosteel Stonehenge range. Show details

Stick not “Non stick” – Less than 10 months old and everything sticks, it started out promising Danish cookware (unfortunately quality let down by producing in China) was so happy in the first 5 months actually looked at increasing the range, but now can’t even use it. Wouldn't buy GreenPan anymore – I just used GreenPan less than 2 months, and this is how it ends up! So much stain at the back side, and the non-stick coating start to peel off (or crack), I never use any metal spatula or any hard steel wool while cooking, but it still peel off so quick, I am soon to throw away that because those non-stick ceramic coating will be harmful to… Read more

health. While I talk to their support, what I got is just their standard answer from their manual book, not helpful at all. I am so regret that I should have checked some review before buying this, all those review showing that many user encounter the same problem as mine. The price of this pan is enough to buy few of good quality non-stick pan, but it doesn't even worth this price with such poor quality!

Can’t live without my Green Pan set – We have 3 frying pans in various sizes and two pots. I use one of the pots every single day for porridge and it never sticks. Then I can just rinse out. Do not buy a green pan – Don't buy this pan! I returned the first one because it began sticking after about 12 months, despite following all the cleaning and care instructions religiously. love the concept of PFOA free but pan went nasty fast – I bought these after searching for a non stick PFOA and teflon free pan (as they are carcinogenic). They are induction cook top safe but the small pan wont work on the large cells on the induction cook top only the smallest one (go… Read more

figure but think it because it doesn't have enough steel in the core as the magnet barely sticks). Anyhow they worked a treat at first. But after several months of usage (and not burning anything on it mind you), they developed this black burnt looking stains that would no wash off no matter what I used and even tried bi carb soda and vinegar and citric acid. So my pans look as if they are 20 years old or something and burnt on daily. So while I appreciate the PFOA free, I will try another PFOA free brand (now that there are more on the market) next time.

Dont waste your money – This was a gift for my wife bought in 2012. It is the worst pan we have used. We thought that the high price of the pan, seeing it as a sponsor on MKR and all the beat up advertising on the box and at Robyn's kitchen meant that we were getting a piece of cookware that would last for many years. We cared for if it as per the manufacturers… Read more
