Don't waste your money – I received two grout shine pens today. The first pen malfunctioned and the second was slow in releasing the solution from the pen. I am totally disappointed and will NEVER buy from this company again. Absolutely waste of money and time.

This is a SCAM. Any future "buyers" please read the reviews beforehand – I ordered 1 GroutShine Grout Pen on 12th October 2022 unfortunately without reading the Reviews and still waiting for the product. Today I've sent a reminder for which got an auto reply immediately. Now I realize that I didn't get a confirmation email after I made the order. What a scam. How can the world get rid of such daylight robbers?

Total scam – This is a total scam. My guess is that it is a cheap whiteboard marker from china worth about 0.50 cents. Doesn’t even have the brand name on the box. Don’t buy.

Totally Useless – It did not perform as indicated in the advertising, Despite following the instructions carefully to activate the fluid flow, The pen and my refreshing of our ensuite shower recess project was an absolute failure with this item. Further in trying to coach more fluid flow, it leaked and turned into a messy clean up of the recess floor and my clothing Show details

After 3 months still have not received mine – This has to be a scam, after 3 months i still have not received my order. After 4 emails i was told it was sent. After another email i was told it may have been lost, and i would be sent another one( i bought three). HA HA still waiting. Show details

TOTAL SCAM!! – They took a second payment illegally from my account after the purchase. Then now say due to covid there are HUGE delays in getting any pen at all. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS, I agreed to one extra pen at half price but was charged for at least two and that was the first amount taken from my account. The second amount illegally taken was 68.00. Won't be risking it – Ordered Grout tile Marker. Box states 'non-toxic' but warning label says to wear tight sealing goggles and gloves so I looked up the main ingredient (42-70% titanium dioxide) https://nj.gov/health/eoh/rtkweb/documents/fs/1861.pdf Won't be using it.

Will I receive the pen pictured? – After having read the review above, what guarantee can you give that in fact what the buyer orders will be the identical pen as shown in your video's, will it cover the area mentioned in your video, & will flow as per your video?

Very poor product – The GroutShine Grout pen was marketed as being able to do all the grout in your shower and half your floor. It was also supposed to flow very easily.
