This. Pump has been faultless then it stopped. It is just over 3 years old so its out of warranty The. Advertising states many customers get 15-20"years and more from their pumps. It's crap and a Waste of money. At he time of purchase i did question this item That its expensive but the supplier said its the best available. The retailer that I purchased it from was able to convince the wholesalers that it must be replaced for free. So we have a replacement. But it still does not give me confidence in this product . From past experience it's better to stay with well known reliable brands

Not happy – We had a grundfos pump PM 1-15 installed and replaced three times and have had the same problems, this is the fourth time the pump leaks from cracks in the plastic housing, we are on tank water and no one can seem to fix the problem.
