experience working with them five stars. The product itself is amazing, it’s high quality, super insulated and beautifully designed. What’s it like to live with? It’s like going to a resort whenever we and our kids spend time in it.

getting it up our ridiculously steep and narrow driveway (not to mention crossing flood waters with the franner to get it on site!). He was friendly to deal with, honest and genuinely a nice guy. He was extremely responsive when we had a leaking issue and sent someone up the next day to diagnose and resolve it. I am using my POD as a therapist and my clients couldn't be happier in the space. I love going to 'work' every day with nature oozing everywhere I look. Highly recommend! Thanks Cary- you and Van are superstars!

quality. When we lifted these Pods in the crane, nothing moved or wabbled or came loose and the glass was so strong and just beautiful to look at. Great work Carey & Michelle anyone buying these will be blown away and very happy!

confirmed this. The quality of the build seemed impressive, and we especially loved the mirroring across the entire external.
But…
Over the course of several months, we faced significant anxiety and stress. The biggest problem was them not knowing or understanding the more important details of the build. Even up to the very last meeting pre-build they didn’t know where the structure would be placed on the property, using a program to shift an outline of the structure around a satellite image (you would think that this would be one of the first things agreed upon, and approved/confirmed by the company). We needed to add a laundry and they haphazardly drew a laundry design on the external of the build without considering power access or awnings to protect electrics. All of this was covered under the guise of aesthetic marketing “which pretty sink did you want, the stone or the wooden one”. We were also responsible for almost all of the information and approval required for the build (council approval, septic details etc) which is often the case, but we felt very much unheld and unheard by the team at Pure Homes when we asked for advice.
It came to a crescendo when they handed us the final contract and pressured us to sign “Within 24 hours” due to the risk of the cost increasing. This alone was dodgy, but on further inspection of the contract there were numerous comments in fine print that were more than concerning. These concerns were overlooked by an architect who also confirmed it was a dangerous contract to sign. At this point we cut ties, and unfortunately lost our initial deposit.
A month or two later Pure Homes no longer existed. A few months after that (or less maybe), Haven Pods pops up.
Do NOT trust this company.

The team were fantastic to work with. They were incredibly responsive, always willing to address any questions or adjustments along the way. Their expertise in building with such a unique material was evident, and their passion for their work was infectious. They managed to balance innovative design with practical functionality, ensuring that the cabin is as comfortable as it is beautiful.
Not only did they meet my expectations, but they exceeded them. The final product is a true reflection of my vision and their skill. I’m beyond satisfied and can’t recommend the guys at Haven highly enough to anyone looking for a unique and expertly crafted tiny home. Thanks Haven I am beyond thrilled and absolutely love my pod!
Wish I could give 0 – This company is a re-badge of Pure Homes. Beware of their immoral behaviour. In July 2023, we paid a deposit of nearly $4000 and have nothing to show for our investment. The company changed names from Pure Homes Group Pty Ltd to GCMH in August 2023 and then went insolvent by September 2023. Other customers have contacted us with similar stories… Read more
- some have lost up to $80,000. My advice: do not buy anything from these corrupt, unethical, virtuoso-scam artists.
