Needed a granny flat, Council fees ridiculous. Found VanHomes who do road-registerable caravan granny flats with minimal Council. It arrived as a large caravan and then folded out like reverse origami, to produce a 2 bed 60m2 flat with great kitchen and bathroom. The whole product is really lovely. BUT - the staff are brilliant! Never seen a company where any staff you meet are singing the praises of the boss. Never been treated with such respect and friendliness by staff, who all said hello as they passed by. A minor warranty call was dealt with quickly and with a smile. What a lovely example of an Australian regional manufacturer getting it RIGHT!
