who has and still is providing amazing support behind the scenes with anything related to council. We can't say how much she has helped us and really made us feel at ease. Our third encounter was with Bethany, who went above and beyond during our pre-start appointment with fixtures and selections. She is so knowledgeable and helpful and also continues to provide support. Most companies try their best to upsell you, but the whole team understood our needs and offered solutions not just to fit our needs, but also save us money. They are not there just to sell you their product. We are blown away by our experience so far. We were reluctant to build modular in the first place, and after attending a different companies display home we didn't feel confident. Our view has completely changed since dealing with Fox Modular, it has been painless and exciting and we can't wait to see the end product that everyone has worked so hard to help us achieve.

We couldn’t build with pique due to our site expenses constantly increasing therefore we had to pull out, they would not refund our deposit, extremely poor customer service and zero compassion Show details

I bought a granny flat through this company and had an entirely unsatisfactory experience. I simply CANNOT recommend them at all. Despite being told we did not have to modify the driveway in order to get the unit in, at the very last minute we were advised that we would! destroy a lot of the vegetation during installment. When I was finally given access to the unit I found that: 1. The gutters leaked. 2. There was no front door key. 3. The wardrobe was weirdly configured. 4. The toilet didn't work. 5. There were bubbles in the lino. 6. There was a gas leak, even though they had provided me with a gas safety certificate! 7. 6 months after moving in, the knob on the oven popped out and I was told that I would have to deal with the manufacturer direct.
The "project Manager" attended the property twice. Once prior to contract and once a week before delivery. He did not attend during or after delivery.
Dealing with the company was a nightmare!
I recommend staying away from them!

High quality modulars with extensive custom choices and design flexibility – Travelled to Perth from regional WA to view the display modulars after a friend who is known for her thorough research raved about the product. After working on several design ideas for my small block the team helped me achieve a great “L” shaped design. A stand out was the option to fine tune ceiling heights, kitchen design and small practical details important to me. Sufficient time and support allowed me to think through all pre start items and costs were provided up front for each add on. Several changes were made and not once was I made to feel pressured to finalise all details. The client portal is user friendly and makes the process completely stress free. Great customer service – Fox have honest and upfront right from the very beginning, which is such a rare thing these days. They been great so far with our first home build. budget with his assistance. Our next appointment with Bethany from the pre-start area was extremely helpful and accommodating. Information about possible cost add-ons was upfront and estimates were given, so there were no unexpected hidden costs. The variables that can be added through the esthetic design process is impressive, even the basic range is high quality. Our dealing with Verity for the submission of Shire approval has also been extremely helpful and timely. The process has been clearly detailed for us every step of the way. I would recommend this builder to anyone.

we really appreciate this flexibility to accommodate our modifications. We have had prompt responses to all of our queries and clear explanation of the overall process and guidance at each step. Bethany's help was invaluable for our prestart selections (to upgrade some items and also remove standard items), getting the drafting updates returned so quickly and for her flexibility in modifying some items at late notice (the addition of raked ceiling!). Overall our experience is that the Fox team are efficient, have great communication skills and attention to detail.

delivery implications/complications, some final design agreements not in the build and extra work for us regarding plumbing. However once our build was put under different mangement it progressed well and although there were numerous errors they were promptly addressed. We are very happy with the structural build however some of the finishes needed redoing. The build remained in budget. We have ended up with a house we love

Smooth and efficient home building experience – I first met with Fox in early 2021 after visiting the display village and having a look around with one of their design consultants, they were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. for a Hemsworth. I sadly put the house on hold a few weeks later after our farm was damaged badly by cyclone Seroja. The order was held till November and Fox were so patient and understanding of the situation which was really appreciated. I made some modifications to the Hemsworth design, adding in more windows and shifting the kitchen, and Fox were able to do exactly what I had sketched to them which was great. It was then time for Pre-Start and as it was the middle of harvest here I couldn't make it down to Perth, they organised a Teams video call and we made all the selections for the house fit out. The house then began construction with the slab in march and in frames stood in April. Fox sent regular progress photos to me throughout the entire build which was excellent and really built my excitement! The house was finished in July and delivered to farm straight after. I was blown away with Fox only taking 4-5 months to build an entire house in the current climate of material shortages too, very impressive. Fox organised transport for the house which was a great relief as I'm 500km from the Fox site. The transport company Fox used were very professional and got it joined onsite in only a couple of hours. Fit and finish is very good, the design suits the site exactly how I hoped, and I'm so glad I chose Fox for my new house.
Love the Hemsworth – Our Fox experience began in February 2021 when we fell in love with the Hemsworth and signed up. can, the Building Supervisor was only too happy to answer my many questions. The main problem was the lack of communication from our Liaison person as we had to continually email and follow up with any queries, and also post-build we had to phone to get any confirmation/response re fixing issues. The quality of the build is not an issue, we are more than happy with the final quality of the home and internal fittings and love living in it, such a practical design. If you are looking to building then look at modular homes, definitely worth it.
Excellent service! – The prestart experience with Fox Modular has been very good. Unfortunately we weren't able to make it into the office so Bethany organised a zoom meeting for us. Everything was explained clearly and she has continued to maintain strong communication so that we are kept in the loop at all times.
