I had my gun become rattly and noisy within 2 weeks, on emailing them they were happy to replace it, 2 weeks later no replacement and no reply to emails, there is no phone number so just something to be aware of here.

Hey, Justin N. Did you ever end up getting your replacement? Did anyone ever get back to you? I was fairly keen on this product, seeing as it's locally owned, but there are few things that put me off quicker than struggling to get after sales support.

Hi Leanne the gun takes about 1.5 to 2hours to fully charge and can get about 4hours continuous use. The weight is about 1.5kgs I think not heavy yeah u can get extra batteries and car charger :)))))
