As I have only just received the Food Slicer I have yet to experience the advantages over our previous machine
First impression is that it is well made and robust
The only fault I have found so far is in the instructions
On page 5 on the removal of the cutting blade it states “that you must turn the grey knob in an anticlockwise direction” but in fact it has to be turned in the clockwise direction to complete this operation
