ABC channels 2 and 24 have disappeared from our available channels on our 39N4 TV on Dec 1 ( they were present on Nov 30). All other channels are still present. Bryan K

This is from the Hisense online manual - *Click on Apps to select the VEWD icon * Navigate to the Search tab at the top of the screen *Begin typing iview *Use the nav' buttons on your remote to select the app *click on Add to Favourites. It worked for me - Good luck Graham......Laurie
I am wanting to download kayo sport app. I can't find it
I have the 4OS4 model but they should be similar. Try going to - Home>Apps and then go to Search at the top of the screen. Type in the name of the app and then Select and then Add to Favorites. Alternatively, search for the manual for your model Hisense on the web. I find the manual very useful. Good luck......Laurie.
We have our Xbox one plugged into HMDI 2, but when you go to change from TV to HMDI 2 it is not "highlighted", we have everything connected through an Onkyo Receiver - the only imputs lighting up are TV and Media?
Have you searched and downloaded the Hisense TV manual on the web? It might help. I have not used the Xbox on mine. Cheers..........Laurie
how to add apps
My Hisense 32S4 has 22 apps on it already and I have not felt the need to add any others. I just click on the little symbolic house button and a menu comes up which includes the Apps button which, when you select 'OK' displays the apps already installed. However, there are good online manuals for Hisense TVs so try a search there and you might find your answer. Good luck.......Laurie
ABC Iview has disappeared off my TV and I know that they are changing to an app. Will this TV support this new app as I have struggled to try and add it to mine. Freeview doesn’t seem to be working either and is this an option.?
Not sure if this helps, mine is a Hisense 32S4 so yours is a different model. I signed up for ABC iView and it made no difference to my tuning into iView. I still just select "Apps" from the menu boxes after clicking on the "home" button and then select iView from the several choices. Good luck.....Laurie

Hi Ann, how did you go? I have a Hisense N series and I used to just go to the ABC on the TV and press the red button which would bring up iView. This has stopped working and for the life of me, I cannot work out how to add the app to the app area . A google search brings up a differnt way of doing every time and none of them work. Is it possible the TV is now considered too old?
My TV is brand new and I have managed to download the Iview app so thanks. Unfortunately every time I turn my TV on the internet link has been lost so I have to constantly reconnect it which is a pain.
Rae, unfortunately the way you use to access IView is no longer available as ABC deleted it from the browser and replaced it with the app. My mum has had the same issue as you and it seems her tv is too old now (or a cheaper model) that doesn’t have the app in her tv store. She can only watch iview shows by having the tv on abc and then pressing the yellow button to search for the individual show she wants to watch.
My Anyview Cast only loads 1/4 of download bar. It just continues to say wait for the external devise to connect?
Hi Virginia, I have not tried to use the Anyview Cast app but the online manual (P21) has a bit of info about it that might help if you havent already checked it out. There is nothing in the Troubleshooting about your issue..Laurie

Is it possible to connect a Bluetooth sender fo wireless headphones. I have been diagnosed with a brain tumour and the medications keep me awake. Hi , the N series you are able to steam Netflix and Stan , YouTube. Disney is only available on our RG series at this stage.
