Not our best Hisense purchase
Bought one of these when they were on sale for $295 in early 2022 for another bedroom. Within a month the screen displayed permanent bright green highlights across the screen which made it unwatchable. No problems, took it back to HN where they immediately replaced it. Now this replacement unit seems to fail to stay connected to the home wifi after around 10 minutes and requires a switching off at the wall and restarting to reconnect. Also, whilst living with this recent frustrating thing, the screen now again occasionly displays the bright green highlights as with the previous unit. Even though we have two other Hisense TVs that work fine, when this one gets too bad I'll have to replace it with another brand...and it won't be a Hisense. Great product with exceptional features
I purchased this TV as a second one for the household currently owning another Hisense model. I can say with certainty that this is one of the best Smart TV's I have ever used. Great remote all the buttons for the streaming services plus links to other apps and services. Picture and sound quality a perfect for this size TV and I didn't have any issues setting it up. excellent value TV and have bought Hisense since 2009
Have a 65 inch and a 43 inch that I love. The quality is great and accessing apps and Netflix (for example) is easy.Wifi is a simple step on the Hisense.Adding external devises are straightforward too. Hisense 3 year in house service for the larger screens is fabulous
