Hisense HRVF384S (384L)

Very happy – I bought 2 one for a fridge one for a freezer. Fridge is so cold it's awesome and freezer freezes ice so quickly. I'm very impressed.

It was so hot to touch it burnt your hand - never had this problem with any other freezer - extremely bad service – When first installed the sides of the freezer where so hot that if you left your hand there for more than 10 seconds you would still feel it for hours afterward. Was told it normal. For the next 5 months whenever the motor ran the sides where still hot & for the next 2-3 hours. It was in an open space more than the recommended 5cm gap. Spent hours waiting on the phone. Sent numerous emails saying this is not normal & that none of our other freezers had this problem. Same response-nothing wrong with it-normal. Had one of the technicians come out & he said there was nothing wrong. After 5 months with continuous emails they did give store credit, however they still havent said if it was just my freezer or faulty design. Note: it has just started to run cool after 6 months, but it is winter-so that’s why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. Could replace with same appliance as we would have had to pay $400.00 more (brought on sale). Would not buy again.
