Press and hold the reset button for about 15-20 seconds. The TV will restart and return to factory settings. Cold boot method (if remote is not working): Unplug the TV from the power source. Press and hold the power button on the TV itself for about 30 seconds to drain any residual power. Wait for a few minutes before plugging the TV back in.

Aso you can use audio out via the head phone outlet a .5 to rca lead,plus it has ARC hdmi connection if your sound system has hdmi.

+ There is no red light to indicate power to the TV. + I have checked the power outlet and it is working. + I have replaced the remote batteries. + Also tried turning it on with the switch on the TV itself rather than using the remote.

Anyone have any issue on the screen . Starts to dim then goes black on It's own . No picture just sound. I've checked the backlight it is working. Any ideas ? Both board and Tcon in good working condition

Is there a specific mouse toggle that will work on Hisense TVs? Mouse Toggle 1.52 for Android doesn’t work. Unless I missed it, there is no setting to “Turn on Mouse Toggle” in the Hisense Settings.
