Can I add apps to my tv
My TV stops responding to the remote control while watching free to air. Have to manually unplug from power to get it to turn off and eventually start working again.
My TV keeps stalling while watching Netflix. Can't install free to air TV channel apps.
I'm more than happy with this TV purchase. BUT as my (80 year old) hearing starts to falter, I am now experiencing some 'hearing/sound' issues. I am not a Bluetooth person, and I do not (currently) have a sound bar attached. Should I purchase a sound bar, and if 'yes', which do you recommend, please? Thanks.
While I am very happy with the TV itself, I'm a little disappointed in the sound quality. Do you suggest I attach a soundbar? If 'Yes', which one would you suggest, please?
Hi, this is not our main evening TV and not unhappy with sound, but have installed a Toshiba sound bar via Kmart which was around $170 I think. Seems to give better sound and I didn't want to spend a lot. The price of some sound bars freaks me out!
My TV seems to be stuck in a loop. I have power and can see the start up screen but it won’t move on. Have tried shutting down, and followed some other suggestions such as holding down the input button on the remote but still stuck in a loop. Tv worked fine yesterday but when switched on this morning it’s stuck in a start loop. Any suggestions would be most welcome, thankyou.
Have u tried turning off/on at PowerPoint and restarting?

Thankyou Simon yes have tried this no success. Jasmine I did try to call support however the message came through that staff were working from home due to COVID and there was a change in hours and a message would be sent. Unfortunately today is Monday and I work so I cannot be in front of my TV when someone calls. I will try again late this afternoon. Thankyou both I appreciate the response. Stay well.
Bought this for my elderly parents and they are very happy except they find the EPG hard to read - is it possible to change the colours of the EPG to make it easier to read?

I also have this exact problem and reported it to Hisense a couple of months ago. I had the TV (which was brand new) replaced with the same model and now that one is doing the same thing! The channel won't change...in fact none of the buttons on the remote or on the set have any affect. It has to be unplugged and turned on again in order to work properly. I even used another remote which I have for an older Hisense and that won't work either (but it does when the TV is working ok). It's too late now for me to return this TV so where do I go from here?

Have done a software update and full reset. Problem still persists. Not good as it’s my mums tv and she has mobility issues so getting up to have to unplug it is not ideal.
