Love it, no issues so far – Have had this TV for over a year and have had no issues. Beautiful picture, super clear. Audio is also great, much better than my last TV which was an old Sony. Highly recommend.
I love it but I don't – This TV is good but has more cons then pros.. I've only owned it for a year and a half and it's been quite a bit of trouble. It's hard to hook it with Wi-Fi and has freaked out and turned itself off heaps of times. I've called the Hisense hotline and they've helped me to fix the problems but it keeps happening over and over again.. It does have… Read more
good sound and picture but that's it. Dissapointed that it payed so much for something thats difficult to use and constantly needs to be fixed.
Freezes after 90 mins of use everytime – Good picture but the TV freezes after about 90 mins of using it. Normally then have to reboot the TV or switch off on the wall. Very annoying since this happens every day. I wouldnt take the chance with another HISENSE unless I get extended warranty because it started doing this after 8 months. Show details
Great tv – Great tv at an excellent price, used as an outside tv for occasional use and smart tv function works really well. Very easy setup with clear instructions. Very happy with the purchase Show details

Faulty TV from purchase. Hisense will not replace and insist on trying to fix – TV freezes. Have not been able to turn the TV on in 2 separate instances, which requires the device to be turned off at the wall. Fast boot has been turned off to stop the insufficient memory fault from displaying. Favourites TV channels have disappeared 6 times and need reprogramming. Show details
Great product that does the job – It's not the best quality TV you can buy, but for the price we love it. The picture is clear and strong with good colour, and it was very easy to set up and use with Foxtel, Youtube, and Netflix. The legs are a little flimsy, but it's stable enough for us. Show details
Not very smart – The operating system is clunky, things freeze a lot and the only way to fix it is by turning the TV off at the wall and rebooting everything. When this happens we also have re-enter our wifi details which is annoying. Everything seemed to work quite well for the first month or so and now it's all going downhill. The Plex app no longer works and… Read more
no-one seems to be able to help me with it.
On paper the TV seems great and if it wasn't for the bad operating system it would be. The picture is good but it struggles with blacks and really dark scenes. Plenty of ports on the back to connect other devices such as Foxtel, laptops and hard drives.
The TV was quite cheap at $900 and I won't be replacing it any time soon but I'd say it's worth paying double that to get the decent technology you're looking for.
