No smarts for netflix or future proofing – This TV works ok although the sound could be better. The smart section is not. Netflix is an app not available as are most popular apps used in Australia and according to the Hisense customer service, nothing can be added or updated so even while in warranty I cannot use the native tv to watch almost any service or video, This is close to being… Read more

claimable under a fitness for purpose legal definition and I will look at this as an option, the service division appear to be limited in what they can offer and this also was very disappointing

Good and BAD – The GOOD part is that the Smart TV I bought is working to my satisfaction. I haven't had the chance to explore all of its features but I'll do it in the next few days. The BAD part is that I had a small hiccup while I was doing the setup and I had to contact the 1800 number for service support. I was told that in order to answer my question I had… Read more

to pay $150.00

If a product comes with a 3 years warranty, shouldn't the service be a free part of it?

Finally the guys from Hi-Fi solved the problem and did not charge me at all.......

Best TV amazing for movies and gaming – After having a smaller hisense led LCD TV for nearly three years I decided it was time to upgrade to a bigger TV. After much research and debated I decided on this hisense 65" ultra 3D led LCD TV and we couldn't be more happier. Movies and gaming are super clear and hooked up to the surround sound makes this tv the best we've ever had. everything Nothing

Great Value for Money! – Have had this TV for 3 months now and I love it. Great picture and the 3D conversion is fantastic although it only comes with one set of glasses. The apps are good but it does take a while to load some things but that is probably my wi-fi. The price was great on special at Radio Rentals for $1750 so saved a lot there. Overall the picture is… Read more

great but when watching some movies the full screen doesn,t give a full screen but only on some movies.

It has a very good energy star rating of 4.5 and is a lot cooler than my LG plasma that blew up and it is quite light for its size once again about 30kgs lighter than my LG plasma. Size, picture quality, 3D conversion of any TV program or DVD, energy efficient, easy connection to internet, sleek styling. Silver surround would have preferred black, only one set of 3D glasses, no keypad on remote makes internet searching slow.

65inch – I got the tv a few weeks ago and find it to be great. awesome picture, easy to share and stream movies across my network. i find it better than my 55 inch samsung. its easier to navigate and there is no delay between menus. I found the remote works great and also works with my stereo the price. the picture. the size would have prefered a black surrond rather than silver

Don't buy one – After spending over $2000 for this TV I have discovered the remote control uses RF and not IR as per other TVs and AV equipment. This has totally made my Home theatre system useless. I can't use my universal remote or my Ipad to control the system as none of these will work with RF. I contacted Hisense service and they basically said bad luck I… Read more

should have checked it out before I brought it, the thing is there is no mention of it in the specification, when I mentioned that to the service department his comment was well you should have called us. Who calls a manufacturer to see if a TV has a IR remote control. My only option now is I hope it blows up so I can return it. It's size Basically designed to only work with its own remote.
