HIT & MISS , MOSTLY MISS – The product sounds great and all even the box looks awesome , But the neck massage you get on this product chokes your neck to the point you actually scream out loud !! the side massage will only work if you are not obese or fat and you definately wont even fit into the seat . (skinny people only) the back massage is very good however !! we got a full refund however after 2 days ! this review is for the top range shiatsu 11 model retailing $499 there most expensive product in the shop I believe

Doesn't reach far enough – Awesome for the middle of your back but doesn't reach the very lower back or top of the shoulders or neck. Don't over use at first or your body will be too sore.

Not too impressed – I bought this massager for my husband and i have used it a couple of times too, although i did try at the shop but at home u cant pleace on a sofa or a seat with slightly tilted back bcoz the massaging gets a bit too hard it starts hurting the back intead of comforting. We now place a towel on the cover which reduces the strength of the massaging action. As for the nack massager its the same cant tilt back ur head or it gets hurting ur neck. Not too happy with my purchase overall.
