Excellent – Amazing. The two types of massage mean you can not only do the traditional rolling massage (like 4 thumbs rotating in circles up and down your spine) but then do the wider parts of your back with the second setting. This runs up and down either side of your spine and you can change the width to one of 4 positions. If you have one part worse then the rest you can simply set the rollers to stay in whatever position you want. It also can be placed on pretty much any chair.

Great value for money - i've tried really expensive massage chairs and I just don't understand why people lay out that much money (thousands) when they can get this for a little over $200. Everything! well almost! I have had this model for about 3 months and i'm so glad I do. The heat is great - it gets hot enough that it really helps but not so it burns you. I also find this gos lower down and higher up then the previous models. I find that it goes an extra inch or two above where my back ends (I'm 160cm in height) so it would suit taller people. My favourite thing is how the rollers stop at any point you need - so you can work out the knots in your shoulder with infra-red heat and rolling massage as long as you need to and just tap the spot button up or down when it's time to move to the next part. Has saved me lots of money on physio's and while I have a really crappy back the pain has been at a much lower level since buying this and using it daily (or twice daily...) You can feel the metal rail down the centre of the unit a little, but you can soften this by putting a towel between you and the seat. There has to be a metal part in the centre so the rollers can work up and down it but if you have a very sensitive spine you'll notice it.
