having travled 200 ks to bunnings for a 5 lt sprayer only to find it would it not hold pressure at all after looking for the problem found the large white o ring under the screw lid was half out it had been screwed down tight when made then the plastic put around i put it back in but it only holds pressure for a 1 min then stops will take it back but wont buy another might all be the same no care taken when made very disappointing terry
I had problems. 1st with the filter blocking beyond use. The seller very quickly responded and sent a replacement which was AOk. Very shortly after the wand spray internals gave up the ghost. Mine sits unassembled in the shed somewhere as it's not too easy putting the whole wand back together again :-( I think it seems some stock is all OK, some not! It's not immediately apparent that the large O'ring has to be installed and seated correctly so possibly it is damaged. It only needs very small damage to release pressure and make the total pressure no good. Let the company send you new parts. They are very good at service.
your right seal is creased in 2 places brand new never used good for nothing sprayer

Unfortunately manufacturing defects can occur and this is exactly why we have a warranty on items for such defects. Terry, our o-rings are black, so I just need to confirm I am understanding the item you need correctly and we can send it directly to you without travel. Mac, there have been a number of triggers provided on this sprayer and they are all still available as spares so again, I would just like to make sure we get the right one and we can look at getting this resolved for you too.

Bought the 5L garden sprayer about 1 year ago. It was performing well but recently the nozzle cannot be adjusted for jet spray. I dismantled and cleaned the nozzle. Please advise.

Are these comments true? I don't believe them. The assembly process is simple & straight forward, & basically common sense, which is not common anymore. The graphical brochure included was clear & straightforward in my case. How do you give praise to the product & give it 1-star? Is this a farcical review or not?
small font and pictorial images inadequate
I just went to the shed & got the brochure. Are talking about the same product? I am 70 and can read it clearly. There are 7x steps in the images numbered 1 to 7. I followed those steps and it went together within minutes. Everything slotted together exactly as shown in the clear images. Arrows show push-in, rotate to tighten and click on. The sprayer works perfectly.
its not impossible that you are talking about an updated version & instructions!
