HP Envy 5030 All In One Printer Questions

I have an error message “remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge making sure it is correctly installed.” I think they indicate black. I have done it 40 times including the coloured. I have installed an old black cartridge and still the error message. It has previously worked well for two years. Can somebody help?

Hi Velgie Ray S I have had my HP Envy 5030 all in one printer i nearly 1 year and i have changed the cardridges few times now just recent replaced black and white and colour i had no problems doing this as you say you have done this so many times and still comes up with error message if you have done it right than shouldnt come up with error message might be a good idea to get the printer looked at best advice but as i said i had no problems at all replacing my cartridges and you say you been doing this for 2 years no problem there sounds like a fault there somewhere best to get it checked out best off luck

I have an HP ENVY 5030 printer. How do I get the most economy out of it. I only print in black and I use DRAFT and MONOCHROME. Is that the most economical as it seems to use a lot of ink and the level is going down faster than I expected
