How do I update my driver ? I own the HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911a.
No idea, mine karked it after years of faithful service so I bought an 8012 which is terrific except for a very squeaky roller.
How do I change printer cartridges
There is problem with the printer or ink system, any solutions please?
My printer failure
i was transferred to Expert from HP who now has my card detauls i was truyning restart my driver for HP projet 8600 plus *600 plus

After I changed ink cartridges printer doesn't work.....any suggestion?

Are you using HP genuine ink cartridges? I tried an after market one once and it didn't work also.
Haven't had any probs with the genuine ones though.

Hi Reiko, Agree with Happy Chappy's suggestion about HP Genuine ink cartridges. Can you advise if you are using genuine or after market? I haven't had the need to replace the cartridges yet, so I haven't faced this problem.
I would suggest trying out with Genuine Cartridge.
