    Got this combo to go with the HP laptop and monitor.... call it brand loyalty or whatever but I’ve been very happy with all things HP.
    This keyboard and mouse are so comfortable to use for long days. And they look very stylish too.

    This is a piece of junk. There is no way to change function keys from volume, brightness etc to actial F keys. I use F keys hundreds of times a day and it is rediculous that I have to hold down the Fn key to use F keys.

    Purchased online from HP on 26/10/20, the HP Pavillion x360-14-dh1051tx, HP27xq27"display and HP Pavillion Wireless Keyboard & Mouse 800. Unfortunately the laptop/monitor is not responding to the wireless keyboard typing. As we type, the characters were not appearing on the screen. We have to wait a minute or two for each type character to slowly appear on the screen. This has been a very stressful and disappointing experience. We have called many times to HP Support re: our Case ID 5056909919 but each time the phone was disconnected without progressing to a helpdesk support person. Reaching our for some assistance. Thank you.
