If the pink cartridge is empty and I don't have another one can i replace it with another color or leave it empty?
paper label on top of HP 564 cartridge for the C309 series came off and message indicates a damaged cartridge. Theres no information anywhere that indicates if the cartridge has to be fully replaced or can it be fixed.?
hi mums has a hp photosmart premium fax c 309 series ... she has just brought a new computer she cant find the disk to download the printer.. is there anyway i can download it from the internet? thanks heaps james

Hi, sorry about the delay, i never experienced this problem. I found the printer to be very good for my purpose, but had problems with the wireless radio on both the original printer i bought, and the one HP send as replacement. Both didnt even last for twelve months.
