HP X220 Gaming Mouse

Good mouse, but no longevity – I was initially really impressed with this mouse. Lots of functions and worked really well - for about 6 months. Then the main sensor failed so, no more movement. A good, cheap option for gaming, but don’t expect it too last too long under heavy usage.
Purchased in at Officeworks Physical store for $26.
One of the best I’ve used – Firstly I understand all the mice these days have LED lights. Although I find this unnecessary, the black design with green (or other colored) lights does actually look pretty cool. Secondly the ergonomic design is perfect. Logitech nailed a very similar design in the late ‘90s and there’s been no reason to change although every brand does just for the sake of it. This is a lightweight corded mouse with tapered sides that make it easy to lift with your fingers while using. This gives it a nimble feel which is missing on heavier mice, especially the ones with battery.
Thirdly the precision - it’s great! I’ve been looking for a larger version of the Logitech Anywhere mouse which has great precision but is too small for the average hand (it is a travel mouse). The Microsoft Classic Intellimouse is also good but still a little large and heavy for my taste. This is the one that ticks all the boxes for me - light weight, super precise and I don’t mind having a cord.
One more thing - the braided cord is a very nice addition and it feels like it will last a long time.
