would send us an entirely new set of drawers that we would have to rebuild. They wanted us to send them a photo of the item with crosses all over it, broken apart and in the bin. This would require us to pull it apart or hire a truck or Ute and pay to dispose of it at the tip - or pay someone to take the item away. These were the conditions - they refused to send a replacement piece. Also the contact information in the booklet provided was incorrect so i had initially sent the email to an incorrect email address that they seemed to know nothing about when I told them it was in their own instruction manual. I very much doubt that this company is Australian, when I spoke to the person on the phone, it did not sound like I was talking to an Australian. We bought one of the chairs, cots and the drawers. All these items are cheap flat pack cr#p and all says made in China. It’s flimsy and nothing locks into place well. Im hesitant to use this as a change table for my baby due to how flimsy it is. I assume they are drop shipping these items. I would highly recommend avoiding this company entirely.
The chair was dumped up-side down out the front of our house by PREMIAIR FREIGHT. We've managed to drag it inside although my pregnant wife is unable to lift it any further. This has been a disappointing experience so far. Show details
This is a review for the hallee chest drawer. the replacement part, they sent not just the new part i needed but a whole new box with all the other drawer parts. They asked me to print the return label. When i told them i dont have a printer, their bottom line response was i needed to print it otherwise they wouldnt be able to pick up their box and id have to dispose of their 20kg waste. Given this whole mess was entirely their fault, the onus should be on them to sort out their return label instead of putting the onus on me. Just all round sub par and poor customer service (jasmine from il tutto just couldnt care less). Do not recommend.
I would not recommend the iltutto rocking chair. I purchased this chair on 16/03/23, and after just a few months of use, it began to squeak loudly. I contacted their customer service team, and they simply advised us to spray it with WD-40 or a silicone spray. We followed all their instructions, but the chair continued to make noise. never resolved, and the squeaking only got worse. To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. The warranty turned out to be useless.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the product and the support. Save your money and avoid this chair.
We received our $1,400 chair 29 days ago, and it arrived broken. Since then, it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with Il Tutto’s customer service. They also offered $100 for us to fix it ourselves, which is completely unacceptable—especially given that I’m heavily pregnant and paid $1,400 for what should have been a premium product in brand-new condition.
After waiting 5 more days for the part to arrive, we’ve now been waiting another 7+ days for a repair company to have availability. That’s nearly a month without a usable chair. The customer service team refuses to take responsibility for the delays or the impact on us as customers.
I can’t even comment on the quality or comfort of the chair, because it’s been sitting broken in our house for 29 days, waiting for Il Tutto to fix it. For a company selling “premium” products, the service and support are anything but premium. Would not recommend—unless you want to spend $1,400 on a giant useless box sitting in your house for a month.

After notifying the company via email, we received an almost immediate reply from [Name Removed] apologising for the fault and requesting further details so that a replacement footrest plate could be ordered with an arrival time of 6-8 weeks (which seemed excessive, but we accepted)… this was May 9th.
8 weeks would have take us to July 4th... we had heard nothing from iL Tutto.
9 weeks… 10 weeks… 11 weeks… nothing
At 12 weeks (July 27th) we followed up with [Name Removed] for an update… no reply
At 14 weeks (August 9th) we followed up again with [Name Removed], this time we received an update saying there was a delay with the stock container and still waiting for the part to arrive.
At week 19 (September 13th) we had not had any update correspondence from iL Tutto so AGAIN, emailed [Name Removed] to which we got a response that the spare part had not been included in the shipment they had received and they were waiting for another container in September.
After repeatedly having to engage iL Tutto’s customer service, after engaging ACCC, after physically posting them a letter of demand (which was sent back unread), after 6 months of waiting… we finally received an update to say it was being shipped.
Low and behold, they never actually confirmed the shipping address with us and posted it to our old address… so we have the spare part waiting for us to pick up from a house we don’t live at.
From a product perspective, it looks as nice as the photos. From a quality perspective, it’s okay. From a customer service perspective should anything go even slightly wrong – you’re on your own.
Potential buyers, please consider if 6 months and zero updates is what you expect when buying a $900 chair (especially given their clientele are expecting mothers).
So comfortable! – I purchased this chair on special and so glad I did! My first pregnancy I was without a glider/feeding chair and wanted one for my second pregnancy. I tried a number of chairs at the store and this was the most comfortable. I have started using this in my lounge room a few months prior to Bub and am loving how comfortable this is. The chair is sturdy, comfortable, and a quality piece of furniture that fits in with my decor. Highly recommend!
