Absolutely rubbish product. Purchased direct from iTechworld. Barely used over a 3 year period. Maintained perfectly. Absolutely pristine in every way. Then, when I actually needed it (blackout at home) just dead. Spoke with iTechworld and they said ship it to Perth (from Sydney) and they would look at it. Guess what that costs???? "Not eligible" for their cost return for repair. I'm not a "complainer", I'm realistic in my expectations. Nothing is perfect. But this product is just garbage and cost me a fortune, for no benefit at all. Steer Clear. You have been warned.

Purchased in at iTechworld.

Had the 1300P for two years. I used it on one trip to travel from Perth to Brisbane as well as a weekend camping trip. It did the job on those two trips, however I wish it had an anderson plug for connecting accessories as the current 12V output plugs can easily fall out. Went to use it for an impending cyclone and it won't turn on after charging it fully. I've tried to maintain its charge while its not in use and has been kept indoors its whole life. The only option is to return it to iTechworld in Perth. Pretty dissapointing given it was a $2K product and only got two uses out of it.

Purchased in at iTechworld for $1,899.

Itech- Started good, but not anymore – Great unit but the AC ports no longer work. Unit is about 18 months old. Only 12 month warranty which for such an expensive product and Australian made which seems about 12 to 24 months short. Probably wouldn't bother with Itech stuff in the future when there are cheaper options that seem to.

Additional info- I took it into a local electronics guy and he said he had to redo alot of thier soldering. He said it wasn't done to any real quality. Since then it has worked fine.

Failed after 2 years – We would use this at least twice a year for camping trips and was great. This year it stopped working completely. Took it into iTechworld and was told the main control board had failed and would cost $1200 to replace (excluding labour). Pretty disappointing it failed after only 2.5 years, expected it to last longer. Would not purchase another power station from there again. You can buy better units from major camping stores for the same price - that come with 5 year warranty.

First use failure – I bought the iTechworld 1300 power station in May 2022 for $2458. I fully charged the unit, as per the instruction, prior to first use. I only used it to recharge my iPhone and iPad using the dc charging ports which worked fine. Never used the AC outlet at all. In November 2022 I was planning a camping trip and wanted to use the power station for powering my portable freezer and run a 240V table lamp. I had nothing plugged into the power station AC outlet. I pressed the orange button above the AC outlets to activate the AC and immediately heard a loud bang and smoke started coming out of the power station. I was terrified the whole thing might burst into flames, after hearing how lithium devices can do that. I quickly took the unit outdoors. The smoking stopped coming out of the unit. I have since returned the unit via post to iTechworld in Perth. It’s at the local post office there awaiting pickup, that was a week ago. Nothing heard from iTechworld. My freezer and the table lamp work perfectly and were NOT plugged into the power station at any time. My son, an electrician, said it’s probably a fault in the DC/AC inverter given the loud bang and the smoke.
