Perfect keyboard for how I type. Have loved it. But had to replace it as every time I took my laptop away I had to remove and reinstall the device. So frustrating to the point that I can't do it anymore. Show details

I really liked this keyboard for the look and size as well as feel, but like all the others I have just read here, after a few months, it has stopped connecting and I cannot use it at all. Very frustrating and obviously doesn't have a good life span. I would not buy from this company again. Stick with what you know Show details

After 5 years, my keyboard started doing weird things. It became warped because it was used by me on my lap. Went to Maroochydore Officeworks, where Ethan was great. I told him I wanted a sturdy keyboard, he kindly unpacked a few products for me explaining the best features of each product so I could make a wise decision on my purchase. No… Read more

batteries required - when your mouse or keyboard get low on juice, just plug it into a USB port on your PC to recharge. (30 mins) I love the functionality of this product. I am a visual learner so In Store is my preferred way when buying electronics. Thanks again Ethan!

I love the feel of this keyboard & mouse, but each new day of turning on my computer I can't log in as the keyboard has not connected. (3 days old & has happened every time), I have had to keep my wired keyboard connected just to log into my computer & reconnect the keyboard in settings or pressing the B2 button. Mouse appears to connect, no issues. Keyboard is a crucial fault. Show details

Worst left hand dominant experience ever – I hate this mouse. I am left hand dominant. Nothing on the box states it is ergonomic for right handers. It is the complete opposite for us lefties. Most uncomfortable mouse I have ever purchased. I bought it today. It's going in the bin. Show details

Disappointing – The cover isn’t properly streamlined to fit the iPad 9 th generation making it difficult to access the Power on button at the top right hand corner. Show details

Awesome Special. Loving it! Easy to use ! – First time Reviewer here. I find it very handy and reliable. Boy it gets a workout from me. When at home I'm constantly on it. Have only changed my batteries once in the 9 months I've had it. I can easily put it and the mouse out of the way with no cords hanging everywhere when I need more desk space! Thanks to Rick Sydney (and the whizz kid)… Read more ·  1

rating for the wake up solution. ESC&K works like a dream! As for waking the mouse up I simply press once either on the scroll on the right hand button and presto! (No Big Deal!)

Purchased as a gift for $19.95 for a friend. Luckily for me, it boomeranged itself back to me when my wired keyboard decided it was time for keyboard Heaven!

Love Officeworks!

Its been helpful on so many other occasions for me also. Check out their amazing printing, copying and binding solutions. I got professionally bound documents (180 pages x 2 for under $20 that has had many compliments! Excellent Presented. Did wonders for my circumstance. Well done!

Frustrating piece of cr*p!! – Worked fine at the start (few months) has a nice feel to typing on it. Within 2-3 months the drop outs started, constantly! the mouse randomly stops the keyboard doesnt recognise inputs and it chews through batteries like crazy!!! just spend a few extra dollars and get something that works.

FANTASTIC Wireless keyboard & mouse – I purchased this from Officeworks and have found it a great combo. Soi easy to set up just plug in usb and restart your computer to acknowledge the new items esp keyboard as it doesnt recognise it until a reboot. The Keyboard is very functional, with all the 12 function keys and 10 quick start buttons for email, calculator, windows explorer and… Read more

play, stop, next track for music playing etc. It has an on/off switch as well which will save your batteries. Also Caps and Num lock do light up. Also it is stylish looking and easy to type with. The mouse is great too, Has a scrolling wheel and dpi for mouse moving if gaming. Also has on/off switch underneath. It does go to sleep but easy to wake up. It also has back & forward buttons on side near thumb to view previous pages or back to where you are. All other negative posts are either not testing it properly or dont know how a wireless keyboard & mouse work. This product is GREAT. I am an experienced computer user who knows my way around most peripherals (attached technology including plug & play items).

Don’t know what’s wrong with other reviews – Honestly, I’ve just got it from officeworks today. And I’m using it for my Ipad pro, But both the mouse and the keyboard works perfectly, Without any flaws nor defects. Don’t know about the battery problems yet, But think it’s going to last as long as what the box states, if not, I will come back to write the review again additionally. happy with the product. Show details

Patience has finally run out – So I'm normally a pretty patient person. BUT I've had it with this god awful product. It drops out connection constantly and you have to wait up to a minute for it to reconnect again. And the best part, you literally have to bash the keys to get them to talk to the computer. If you type normally, there's just no connection. Into the bin it goes, where it belongs, at last! Show details

Keyboard does not work – The mouse working perfectly but the keyboard is faulty (the red light blink) and does not connect. It looks like there is no good contact between the batteries inside of the keyboard.

pretty good – all the other haters are wrong, it's perfectly fine. i do wonder how to turn the keyboard off though... i've been using this keyboard & mouse because my built in keyboard & touchpad are on the fritz, and it's a pretty good replacement. and it makes a nice noise when you press certain keys Show details

Horrible product! – This keyboard and mouse set will be the end of me. I am an experienced typist but my fingers keep going to the wrong keys on this keyboard. And don't get me started on the mouse. It seems to go to sleep every 10 seconds. I am only giving it one star because zero stars are not an option. Show details

Warranty? What warranty? – For $20 I thought it would be ok for what I needed it for. Wrong. At about 13 months 2 of the letters started wearing off, I must use M and N a lot. 15 months and it just stopped working, new batteries and still not working. Mouse still works fine. Utter rubbish. I would give it 0 if I could. Show details

A user manual would have made all the difference! There IS a solution! – When the mouse goes to sleep you hold the middle and right mouse button for a while to wake it up. You get the keyboard to connect by pressing ESC and the letter K together. I discovered this from a whiz kid who found the manual for a different brand that works the same.  Show details

False specifications – Firstly ... no bloody instructions. Secondly ... what is the point of writing 2.4GHz wireless connectivity when there is no way of accessing this apart from the dongle. All nonsense to me. Show details

Complete rubbish product – goes through a set of batteries every two days, then when the Bluetooth disconnected it would never connect again. Straight to the bin with my $20 and won't be buying anything at Officeworks again. Show details

Faulty – As per previous review. Light flashes once then dies. Both mouse and keyboard. Wasted my money and my time. Would not recommend this product, even if it were the last keyboard and mouse left on the earth. Show details

Will not connect – The keyboard on my laptop died so while I was waiting for a replacement I purchased the wireless keyboard. The first thing is there is no instructions. After putting in the batteries the mouse light flashed and the keyboard flashed once. After putting in the dongle I got a error message about it. I looked online to upgrade the drivers but to no avail. I will be returning the keyboard and trying another brand. Show details

Would not recommend – The keyboard doesn't turn itself off or go in sleep mode. So the batteries run out fast. And the mouse has to be really close to the usb connector otherwise it won't work. Show details

Mouse is ok but keyboard great – Super cheap, and pretty durable. It can chew through batteries fairly fast but so can anything really. I like them enough that when I spilled coffee all over the keyboard, I went and bought another (it's available to buy separately). It's hard to find a wireless keyboard with chiclet style keys and a numpad and for this price, I'm pretty happy.… Read more

I've seen some other reviews with issues - I can't speak to those, since I've had a good experience, but officeworks have a pretty good returns policy anyway.

Woudln't recomend – I thought id give this wireless mouse and keyboard ago. Under $20. I worked for all of 15 minutes. Then the mouse just stopped working.
