Jiffi Questions & Answers
VerifiedI ordered jiffi bottle warmer yesterday. But now looking at reviews thinking why I wasted $104 on it hopefully it will work good for me . Otherwise is there any return policy ??
Yeah, it’s pretty annoying to clean and basically leaks most of your milk as it gets warm. It’s a terrible design.
Hello, Please can you contact our support team? We can always rectify the leakage issue. Every time this has occurred, it is fixed by either changing / replacing the seal ring or placing the adaptor or seal ring in the inverted position, We have a support team ready and happy to help you resolve this but I guarantee, Jiffi and your bottles should not leak when using our product with the 30 compatible bottles. support@rochilou.com.au
Ok thanks
Why is my warmer all of a sudden leaking everywhere and wasting my breast milk???
Hey Joanne, thanks for reaching out. We do get this sometimes with adaptors or seals, which either get damaged, warp or break. Jiffi itself does not leak unless the metal part is bent and/or bottles almost never leak unless broken. I am happy to send out a replacement especially given it was working fine and then started leaking. Please email our support team support@rochilou.com.au
Has anyone had troubles with the kiddo home warmer leaking? It’s done it every time I use it since purchasing
Hi Amy, yes with selected bottles I have had leaking issues, the company where I purchased it from sent me an adapter and that’s helped. But at times when I must not be threading it on correctly it leaks but I can’t tell that I’ve put it on wrong it’s not till I come back to spilt milk... it’s very frustrating not sure how I can ensure I fit it correctly each time.
If you’re using the avent glass bottles you need to make sure it’s on properly. I find if it’s not screwed on properly it will leak. A good way to tell is hold it up and check if the bottle is even
