Joseph Joseph Pocket Plus Folding Blue Ironing Board with Advanced Cover

Disappointing pocket board but good service – I initially really loved it as its portable and it fits in our small space. I liked that I could store it easily. The cover was building dust while in the closet so I decided to give it a wash and stored it as we moved in my in-laws for awhile and didn't think much of it. Now we have our own place again, I needed it to iron some clothes but the cover for the ironing board wouldn't fit anymore. I tried literally 10 times. Support said it shrinks when washed but there wasn't any warning not to wash the cover and its quite absurd not to wash a cover if its dirty right? Anyway, atleast my experience with customer service Elisabeth was pleasant and she honoured the 2 years warranty.
