Sensational Service and Quality product – Service from the Team at Jump Easy from booking over the phone to delivery has been absolutely seemless. The castle was clean and in exceptional quality compared to some of the companies we have used in the past. I will be recommending them to all of our friends and corporate clients.

Let down no delivery – I was let down big time. A couple of hours before the commencement of my sons 21st, I received a call to say "it wasn't happening". I had been PROMISED the delivery of an adult jumping castle the day before and the guy I spoke to was really helpful. I asked him more than once to guarantee that the castle was available and mine, as i was late organising and wanted time to go else where if there's want available. This late call came totally out of the blue! I was told that I could book on line the following day (as at the time of our convo I was about to start work). When i went in to book apparently I made a request nOt a booking... But never the less, it was still received and they had committed. to a verbal ' unofficial booking'. They new who I was and every thing was organised fire delivery over the phone... address, time etc etc My gift to my son was the castle hire. This was soooooo terribly disappointing.

Beyond expectation!!!! – Amazing communication. Amazing service. Amazing castle! Cannot recommend them enough. Arranged it all on the phone with Jarrah - who was happy to answer all our questions and provided us with a really good deal. Set up on the day was on time, and Ben was so helpful and efficient. Steve took the castle down just as efficiently and was really personable and provided some ideas for our next function. Such friendly and helpful staff! We will DEFINITELY use them next time!!!

FANTASTIC EVERYTHING – From the moment I hired our jumping castle the service was fantastic from the owner Jarrah to Jason the setup man and to Kev for taking it down thank you all very much I would recommend you to everyone . Teresa
