Kathmandu Nitron Run Pack

Run commute / trail run bag – Light weight Comfortable Doesn't bounce around, stays close to body. Several clips to make it extra secure. Many pockets, compartments Small so don't get this bag if you need lots of space.
summer storage – First I need to confess I use this back pack for cycling, not running as it was designed for. So here is my experience using it for cycling. The back pack is very light which is a massive plus for cycling and running. It weights only 400grams. When you first wear it, it feels flimsey due to the straps not having any shape, this makes it a little difficult to get on and off, especially if you have items attached to the straps or in the side pockets like I do. It doesn't fit a lot in, The pack sits directly on your back so if you fill it to the brim, you feel the items sticking in your back. It has a stretchy pocket on the outside which is very handy and can fit a lot of small items.
It doesn't have any rain protection and I haven't seen any cover which may fit it. After using it for a few months I am seeing some small signs of wear.
It appears due to the lightness some durability has been comprimised to maintain the low weight. I purchased this backpack at half price so am happy with the purchase. If I was paying full price I would be somewhat disappointed with the durability. It also can fit a hydration pack which can be quite handy for cycling walking and running
Good backpack for travelling light but has some key limitations. light , hydration pack fittment so don't need to carry a water bottle pockets are a good size items can push into back, durablity is questionable for the price, no raicoat
