Kawasaki Mule 610 4x4 – Not Happy Jan, Done less than 1000 hrs, and nothing but grief, at about 700hrs wiring caught fire spent two weeks at auto electricians, before that had to have the belt and cones replaced at 500hrs, now blowing smoke like a steam train, and I mean bad, not just smokey, its that bad you cant see behind you. All low speed work, expected way better from a well known brand.
Good Bush vehicle – I had a bad incident in N.Z. with a quad bike, so purchased a second hand Mule when returning to Aus. because of the lesser risk of roll-over. Places I have been in it would really scare you and its climbing ability is excellent, the only drawback being its width. The drive mechanism is torque converter type and belt driven and parts in Australia are exorbitantly expensive, but thankfully you may not need any for a long time if you do regular servicing. comfort and safety price of parts
