I have twice in the last 2 months downgraded my subscription amount from $40 to $30 and I have not yet seen my subscription amount change when I access & check my Kayo account subscription.
Why oh why?
Hi Ian, when I cancelled my subscription I had to cancel the subscription, then roll to the bottom of the page (which is not visible when you cancel the subscription), then you have to confirm, which takes you to another page (which you then have to roll to the bottom of the page again) to confirm again, then finally your subscription is cancelled! You know you have cancelled because they send you an email with an order confirmation that advises you have successfully unsubscribed. If you don’t receive that email, they will keep billing you.
So It's probably the same for downgrading, roll to the bottom of the page to confirm (twice) If you don’t receive an email with an order that you have downgraded, go through the process again.
Why can’t I view NRL round 2 games, they are not available on my tv screen?
How does Kayo keep anybody with these shockingly bad reviews? Was going to come over from Foxtel but it seems a waste. Thinking cancel Foxtel and forget Kayo as an alternative. How does a company get it so wrong ?
Kayo is slightly cheaper than Foxtel - 1 only use it watch cricket since Cricket Australia went behind a paywall, excluding many fans.
Is there any fear that Kayo (Foxtel) would like to respond to any of these reviews or better yet, look at improving this terrible service that they offer as a paid subscription?
Its 2023 when are you going to offer 4k resolution...watching the footy on HD resolution is horrible
I think it is because they wont everybody to subscribe to foxtel? Who just happen to own kayo! But I do agree not good enough.
Why does Kayo buffer so much ? It should be paying subscribers rather than the reverse. An absolute flop !
It done the same for me I’ve subscribed to this service a couple of times and it was the same won’t be signing up again it’s crap

Why do I have to keep signing in to my kayo when I have full subscription
If you are sharing your sub with a friend or rel they can see the different IP numbers and might be annoying you for that reason. Otherwise, that one is a mystery to me.
I can't get past the ball bouncing on apple tv
I also use an ATV. Lately, like last 6 months Kayo is extremely slow to get to a usable menu. Fortunately Kayo supply different types of bouncing balls so you can be entertained while missing your game.

Fox have exclusive rights other than Channel Narn's broadcasts.If you are using a Chromecast or your TV has one inside, ditch it, they are rubbish. The ultra has the power to watch Kayo but Googles WiFi implementation is flaky. I'm commenting from hard experience and many dollars wasted.

Why is kayo on delay when live broadcasts are promised. I can see in advance (on Channel seven) a goal being kicked before it is shown on Kayo !! Price not justified !!
Yep, Kayo viewers don't cheer at the same time. Streams often start in delay, make sure you click the "Live button" and also everytime you get buffering or skipping the delay gets larger again.
My Kayo goes for 5 minutes and then turned off then you have to start at the beginning, this has been doing it for the past month .How can I fix it .Deb
Having the same problem and the price of my subscription is now up to $30.00 (from $25) and they want $35.00 for 3 devices !!!

Download the app onto his phone from playstore and log in . Then pray it might work for more than 30 seconds at a time
