Disapointed in customer service

I really thought highly of the watch but the customer service is lacking, firstly i did the feedback for a free band or screen potector that never came. Then the screen cracked 4 days out of warranty (had a screen protector on also) and they won't honour the warranty which still costs $89 regardless of the warranty period i was told to go buy another watch on the website. Extremely disappointing

Purchased in for $150.

Great product but haven't the discount as promised

My kid's been using the GL20 for almost a year, and it's been smooth sailing. The only hiccup is the original strap – it's like it's made of glass, breaks so easily. The company promised to hook me up with an "Extra strap OR charger + screen protector OR 25$ discount" if I shoot them an email feedback. Guess what? No response, and no goodies. The watch is cool, but they're not getting a full star rating from me.

Great function

The watch function is great. However we did encounter a few issues sometimes with not being able to call and track when using the kidsoclock SIM supplier and not charging unless watch is restarted. Overall, my son loves his watch.

Ok as a phone watch

Its a basic smart watch, it's also a lot bigger than I expected because it has to hold a sim card. It does the basic things calls and text but the location and the fence settings don't really work. It rarely picks up the location of my son's watch, even when I tested it in the same room the my family app doesn't pick it up at all. Which was one of the main reasons I bought it. I also find the my family app slow and it crashes a lot . I bought our own a optus sim card because of what I read on the other reviews about payments being taken after cancelling contracts.
Overall I'm not really that impressed it's just a basic watch and you get what you pay for.

Purchased in for $174.95.

Perfect watch for a young child

We got our son his watch so he can let us know when he gets to school and so i can let him know if im running late from work.
He is loving being able to get in touch with his friend as well.
The battery life is amazing!

Highly recommend the GL20

I purchased 2x GL20's for my kids. They are easy to setup, simple to use and the kids love them. However, I am hoping that a future software update will enable a single family chat to include both watches, as this is not currently available but would be a great feature for group communication. Battery life is 2 days. The watch clasp could also be improved as it has a piece that sits under the strap against the wrist. Overall very satisfied.

Disappointing

As per previous mentions, the Google Play review page is more accurate for reviews
My list of complaints is long...
In theory this watch ticks all the boxes, unfortunately in reality is just doesn't work.
I have used this watch for just over a year now.
The main issue is that I can not call the watch (I am the main contact and linked app to my phone), adding to this significant issue is that Kids O'clock can not resolve the issue (in over 2 months). They do not respond (or are slow), give incorrect contact details, the list goes on.
My advice is to not purchase this brand of watch - the support (which is crucial as the product constantly fails) is just not there.

I used to make a phone call to the watch normally but suddenly I could not make a call as the call is stopped immediately while the video call still worked. What happened? How can I make a normal phone call to the watch?
