Disapointed in customer service
I really thought highly of the watch but the customer service is lacking, firstly i did the feedback for a free band or screen potector that never came. Then the screen cracked 4 days out of warranty (had a screen protector on also) and they won't honour the warranty which still costs $89 regardless of the warranty period i was told to go buy another watch on the website. Extremely disappointing

Great product but haven't the discount as promised
My kid's been using the GL20 for almost a year, and it's been smooth sailing. The only hiccup is the original strap – it's like it's made of glass, breaks so easily. The company promised to hook me up with an "Extra strap OR charger + screen protector OR 25$ discount" if I shoot them an email feedback. Guess what? No response, and no goodies. The watch is cool, but they're not getting a full star rating from me.

Kids O’Clock watch GL20

We have had this watch for about a year and are very happy with it. Unlike the SpaceTalk, this watch does not require a subscription service. You do need a SIM and the provider can supply this with the watch. We found their plan to be good value and easy.
The watch has a GPS and geofencing feature, although I haven’t felt a need to use that much. It has a camera feature, but really just a novelty. The most valuable feature is being able to turn all the non-watch functions off during school h

Great function
The watch function is great. However we did encounter a few issues sometimes with not being able to call and track when using the kidsoclock SIM supplier and not charging unless watch is restarted. Overall, my son loves his watch.

Wow. Surprised.
I went for this watch rather than the spacetalk or moochie because A) I did not want any kind of lock in ongoing cost or monthly contract since we want to use it when travelling so the watch might be unused for months here and there. B) I needed to be able to use the watch overseas with overseas Sim card. C) I wanted to be able to silently see through the watch remotely if there was an emergency, and this watch allows you to take photos remotely to do that. D) wanted my calls to the watch to be picked up automatically since it is for my pre-sch

I was a bit suspicious after doing some research on another independent Australian watch called watchimals that looked promising but when I investigated further, reviews said that the watchimals company might be dodgy. Kidsoclock seemed ok so I thought I'd give them a go I've got to say I'm pleasantly surprised. The price, the support, the hardware, the setup process really good all around. I'm a programmer so I know how difficult integrating all these qualities can be and I was expecting a few teething problems but it's been a perfectly smooth ride so far! Battery life is excellent much better than I expected. I am taking one star (it would only be half a star really) off ease of use (the language used for some of the options could be a bit more polished/consistent) BUT I haven't yet updated to the latest version so they might have improved it. Location tracking is absolutely spot on. I have been wearing it on my own wrist to test it out and comparing it to my super expensive galaxy smart watch the location is absolutely pin point. I'm using their Sim & plan for now but will be using the watch overseas soon. When I contacted support to see if this was possible, support was excellent and informed. (No their Sim cannot do global roaming but yes any other Sim can be used, both locally and overseas) Hopefully all goes well. I will write a review update after further use.Purchased in at KidsOClock for $179.95.
Fun and Useful Product
The KidsOClock GL20 kids watch product (and free parent app) are an excellent combination for our child to maintain contact with family.
I am told that not only does the watch have great features like the fun wallpapers, camera and a fairly rugged build, it also makes good quality calls. It’s well liked!
The inexpensive mobile plan offered allows us to keep in touch through calls and SMS, plus it enables useful data features like location tracking in the app.
We use the ‘disable in class’ mode so that the watch is compliant with school phon

Ok as a phone watch
Its a basic smart watch, it's also a lot bigger than I expected because it has to hold a sim card. It does the basic things calls and text but the location and the fence settings don't really work. It rarely picks up the location of my son's watch, even when I tested it in the same room the my family app doesn't pick it up at all. Which was one of the main reasons I bought it. I also find the my family app slow and it crashes a lot . I bought our own a optus sim card because of what I read on the other reviews about payments being taken after cancelling contracts.
Overall I'm not really that impressed it's just a basic watch and you get what you pay for.

Kidsoclock watch review
I purchased a KidsOClock watch for my daughter’s 11th birthday this year, as didn’t want her to have a mobile phone just yet, but wanted her to be able to contact me if she was out on a bike ride, etc. We have been really happy with the KidsOClock watch; it is easy to use, very cost effective & my daughter feels it helps her to be more independent and responsible with things like setting an alarm & messaging me once she has gotten to dance now that she can walk there & let me know when she has arrived. I had heard many good reviews too so also

The only negative I would say is that my daughter is super active & has already had to replace her band twice due to breaking the clip, but otherwise this product is amazing. READ ALL THE REVIEW! Cheap watch with a high price tag and they tried to trick me.
I bought this for my 9 year old. From day one the watch had an eco were we could hear our own voice and it was almost impossible to have a conversation but as it was the first watch like this that we ever bought, we thought it was normal. After 3/4 months it started having problems charging and the battery didn't last more than 1 day. And the watch started to switch on and off whenever it pleased....
I wrote an email and their response was that I had to be sure if it was the watch or the charger (if it was the second I'll have to buy a new one

Highly recommend the GL20
I purchased 2x GL20's for my kids. They are easy to setup, simple to use and the kids love them. However, I am hoping that a future software update will enable a single family chat to include both watches, as this is not currently available but would be a great feature for group communication. Battery life is 2 days. The watch clasp could also be improved as it has a piece that sits under the strap against the wrist. Overall very satisfied.

Best we have tried
I have tried 3 different kids smart watches and KidsOClock is the only one that ticks all the boxes for me.
I brought one and loaned it to a friend, she loved it so much I gave it to her and brought another.
It was super easy to set up.
The listen in needs your number, not your child’s watch number. Just for anyone having trouble getting it to work!
The sos function is perfect. My daughter has ASD/ADHD with high anxiety. The watch has helped her stay connected to me on multiple occasions. she just presses the SOS button and it calls me. you can set the app to answer watch calls automatically after calling for 10 seconds too. I love this.

Really handy Product!!
We recently purchased one of the watches and its such a good product to stay in touch with Kids. Its so easy to use and the app is really good. Simple to use and manage the watch. Really happy with our purchase. Thanks KOC

My list of complaints is long...
In theory this watch ticks all the boxes, unfortunately in reality is just doesn't work.
I have used this watch for just over a year now.
The main issue is that I can not call the watch (I am the main contact and linked app to my phone), adding to this significant issue is that Kids O'clock can not resolve the issue (in over 2 months). They do not respond (or are slow), give incorrect contact details, the list goes on.
My advice is to not purchase this brand of watch - the support (which is crucial as the product constantly fails) is just not there.

Questions & Answers
We have had the watch since Xmas it now won’t charge or turn on . Very frustrating !
I can’t bind. And no number to manually bind. Help?!!!!
I used to make a phone call to the watch normally but suddenly I could not make a call as the call is stopped immediately while the video call still worked. What happened? How can I make a normal phone call to the watch?
My provider just stopped payments randomly. I’ve just figured out after months of frustration
