Do not buy from this company. Customer support is extremely limited, and the process to get anything resolved is unnecessarily long and frustrating. I used to be a loyal customer, purchasing a ponytail every 5 to 6 months and wearing it daily. To be treated this way after years of brand loyalty is disappointing—especially in 2025, where customers are your brand ambassadors. This experience has completely changed how I view the business.

First set of extensions - I’d recommend going to a hairdresser – I got the halo hair extensions. I love wearing mine in a plait and feel like an absolute goddess. However, the colour match isn’t quite right and it’s easy to tell the difference between my hair and the extensions when they’re out so I’m going to have to go to a salon to fix it. Therefore it would’ve been cheaper just to let the salon pick the extensions for me and do the whole thing. Also mine were delivered multiple weeks late and the elastic was snapped on arrival. The hair quality is fantastic though and it is hardly shedding. the customer service team when talking to me were fantastic but they need more staff as they didn’t reply when I was making an enquiry for quite a while and didn’t answer questions within a reasonable time frame, they still haven’t answered my last question.

Rocky start but finally working out – I’ve been trying to contact the company for ages now. No one was respond to me. My halo has quality issues. The second row seems to just stop half way across the halo and then another row haphazardly starts. It seems messy and thin and there is a loose strand of stitching and when I was trying to take photos i noticed a full plug of the hair came out & hair is pulling through the stitching. I still have the seal on the hair as I’ve had zero luck with other companies and been shafted, so wasn’t taking that seal off until I was certain these were ok. Tried contacting via Facebook and instagram too! turns out I stuffed up the email address but not sure why my fb msg never got opened. Been dealing with Samantha from Kiki who has been really lovely and agrees that what I received is not to their quality standards at all. She has organised a pre paid postage return back to inspect. This review has been edited as it posted automatically whilst we are still in the fox stage but I didn’t want to leave it as the original review before I had a response back from them.
