We gave this as a gift for Christmas to two people who work remotely. They LOVE it. No waiting for a kettle. Able to get that coffee before the next meeting. Now I have to get one for me. Show details ·  1

It's an easy to use unit, my only criticism is the water temperature even at 100 degrees is definitely not 100 even after resetting it. For larger groups of people all wanting to have a hot cup, it is much easier and less time consuming to boil the kettle than waiting for individual amounts to be dispensed. Show details ·  1

I would like it better if when I pressed the red stop button, it would stop draining. Now it continues for another 8 to 10 mils and sometimes overflows. I know I should do it earlier but sometimes I forget. Show details ·  1

The Instant hot water dispenser is growing on us. It took a while to work out the Smart touch temp but now we have worked it out we are finding the process easy. My only suggestion would be to have the volume in 50ml increments to help with smaller cups. But we are certainly very happy with the machine and would recommend it. Show reply

Very nice looking product, water flows at a reasonable speed, water from heater has a metallic taste, did the descaling with vinegar but didn't do anything. The water still tasted metallic. Ended up sending the item back. It was a shame because of the issue we didn't want another one. We got one for my daughter and she loves hers. Does her baby bottles and all with it. Show details

Not happy with initial order as it took 4 weeks from order as 2s not informed it was on back order, would have been nice to be told upfront as was a gift. Not overly impressed with such a costly machine, got water cut off is not instant which can lead to mishaps of overflow (tray small) & burns. At 100 deg coffee seems not quite not, will endeavour to check temperature with gauge. Show details

We never received it. It was supposed to arrive within a few days and I had to contact you numerous times to find out you had run out and I would have to wait till the end of November. Your customer service is not good at all. I was extremely disappointed Show details

Quicker than boiling the kettle which you always over fill and have to stand around and wait for it to boil! Instant boiling water for an instant cuppa! Love it. ❤️☕️ Looks so good on my kitchen bench next to my coffee machine and doesn’t take up too much room. Show details ·  1

Water is hot enough, just. Water flow is a very slow trickle, takes 20 seconds to fill a cup.

up little space on our small kitchen bench. My wife is happy that she doesn't have to lift a heavy electric jug, and there's no wastage boiling up more water than we need. Also, there's no noise as with an electric jug. We mainly use it on the 100 degree, 200ml setting. Ideally, it would have been good to have had a 150ml setting, but overall we think the deluxe is a great buy. We would not be without it.
