to the claimed standards and this is the case with my latest purchase. I have had it now for a few months and it has made my life easier and has reduced electricity usage compared to the electric kettle. You use only the amount you need for tea, coffee etc.
Absolute waste of money – Terrible product, purchased 3 weeks ago keeps overheating when not even turned on. Have to keep refilling the tank (wasted so much water) then hit the reset button and still nothing - absolute cheap plastic rubbish - and I am the silly one for paying $119 from appliancesonline never again. Westinghouse Instant Hot Water Dispenser 2.5l - Black - started leaking after only 3 months! – I bought this product as a replacement for my 4 Litre Westinghouse Instant Hot Water Dispenser that started leaking after the 12 month warranty period. Thought perhaps that this was just a 'one-off'. However, only 3 months of use with the new product (which btw we thought looked better and fitted better with our kitchen), and this too is leaking from beneath the unit out of the base vents.
