Great product and use it for my baby bottles . It’s great easy to use easy to fill . Great price reliable product . I did use my qantas points to purchase it .

Follow-up  · Reason I chose this model over others was of course I always look at price and then I looked at the capacity at the machine could hold. Another option I also looked at was how it would fit on my bench because I don’t have a really big kitchen. The feature that I do like it’s quite easy to clean you just give it a good wipe out It’s very easy to access the back also which I find easy. This is one product that I have recommended to other parents that I know because the ease especially if your bottle feeding. There is one glitch and it happened now three times when it stops filling on the green because the green is when it feels non-stop for large capacity and it just kept timing out I did reset it but it still kept going but that’s a small price to pay for the convenience. I have not been paid or gifted this product. I just really needed it. If you see any of my other products on here honestly, I just need things that work and make my life a little bit easier with a baby.

After my previous poor experience with K Marts similar appliance, I was hesitant to try again but was convinced by a substantial discount on this item at Big W - $80 down from $119, plus the Westinghouse brand gives me confidence as I have had many of their items over the years and have always had a good experience. i.e they have always performed to the claimed standards and this is the case with my latest purchase. I have had it now for a few months and it has made my life easier and has reduced electricity usage compared to the electric kettle. You use only the amount you need for tea, coffee etc.

Purchased in at Big W for $80.

Absolute waste of money – Terrible product, purchased 3 weeks ago keeps overheating when not even turned on. Have to keep refilling the tank (wasted so much water) then hit the reset button and still nothing - absolute cheap plastic rubbish - and I am the silly one for paying $119 from appliancesonline never again. Back to a kettle. Bought this as I have arthritis in wrists big mistake.

Purchased in at AppliancesOnline for $120.

Westinghouse Instant Hot Water Dispenser 2.5l - Black - started leaking after only 3 months! – I bought this product as a replacement for my 4 Litre Westinghouse Instant Hot Water Dispenser that started leaking after the 12 month warranty period. Thought perhaps that this was just a 'one-off'. However, only 3 months of use with the new product (which btw we thought looked better and fitted better with our kitchen), and this too is leaking from beneath the unit out of the base vents.
