Kleva Instant Hot Water Dispenser

The hot water dispenser is great the only thing is the water dispensed is extremely slow and drips for a considerable amount of time. The water is hotter than I thought it would be which is great.

not even 12 months old, it has stopped working altogether. But will they replace it? Not a chance in hell. James Cheney does NOT stand by his products, or warranties. He'll happily take your money, but after that, you're on your own. I said in an earlier post, it may have just been a lemon, which happens occasionally. But that's just tough luck as far as he's concerned. My advice? DON'T buy from Kleva range, if you do, buy at your own risk, they don't stand by their so called warranty. So if it fails, you're on your own.

I am happy with the machine but it dribbles water all the time when it’s producing hot water and after it has ended it fills the drip tray … I have tried to reset but it doesn’t make any difference.. if you read this comment it would be appreciated if I could get some advice on how to fix? Really liking my Kleva water heater. Now 6 weeks or so I’ve noticed a little bit of ‘sputtering’ while dispensing water. Originally we received a constant pout. I did the 5sec descale which hasn’t helped. Show details ·  1

Love this instantly hot .safer than a kettle quick and easy no waiting for the kettle to boil great for adding boiling water to receipes making jelly, heating baby bottle etc good value for money Show reply

Fast postage. Kettle rumbles for 5 minutes to make one cup of tea. Kleva makes a cuppa in an unbelievable 8 seconds. The kettle went to the opp shop. Kleva forever. Show details ·  1

Regretful purchase. Buyers are enticed to give a review by offering discounts or win back the cost of an order. I bet any that are negative are quickly discarded. feels like it. I am forever having to empty the drip tray. Yes it is only filled to the line, in fact usually below. Yes I have descaled in case it was that, but have had it 2 weeks and a one person household. I have since seen the identical units on O/S discount sites, minus the Kleva logo, for less than half the price, with very similar reviews to mine. Sending back will cost a fortune, plus I put the packaging in the recycling, not execting there to be a problem., so cannot return it. Currently in contact with customer service, but they want a video of it misbehaving. How on earth am I to know when it will decide to start flowing, grab my phone, and film it?? WAY Overpriced cheap and flimsy product, and like all the reviews on the Kleva website, incentives are offered. If they weren't, they wouldn't have a 1/4 of the reviews on their site. I do not recommend the product or the company . I am stuck with a $150 hot water dispenser that runs all over my bench top, and who drinks from a cup that only holds 200ml of liquid??? I have to stand there, wait for it dispense whatever it decides it wants to do, then press the button again to dispense more but still stand and watch in case it doesn't stop in time. Boiling water , humans and pets do not mix. Dangerous product! Yep, all the hyped up sales pitch sucked me right in, and I sure do regret it.

Machine is great. However it leaks for ages after it finishes dispensing. Super annoying. Water flow is quite slow and intermittent. Does occasionally make a just warm drink. I was asked to send in videos of it , which I have to no response Show details

It is great but I've seen others where you can adjust the amount of hot water required. With yours I have to do 2 separate pours to fill the mug which is small up to the top.

Very convenient and so easy to use. No big manual for operating this item. It was up and ready to go in a few minutes. Great for a quick cuppa. I will be buying again as gifts for family at Christmas. Show reply

I love the convenience of this hot water dispenser! Not wasting power like a kettle. I would prefer it abit hotter but who doesn't enjoy being able to drink it as soon as its made! Im just so used to having to wait lol Show reply
