This product does not boil water so it is not practice for me, sterilised water is important and not boiling is no good to me not hot enough if it doesn't boil.

proof of the problem and they were extremely helpful. The replacement item was shipped within 3 days and received 7 days later (live in WA). Now back to being a happy camper!! Thank you Klevarange.
Follow-up · The original dispenser lasted 5 months before the on/off & continuous switch stopped working. That was the main problem. Unable to descale or even use the appliance. The new dispenser is working very well, no problems.
I received my dispenser on replacement warranty. I love this unit and use it several times a day. It is compact and delivers hot water anytime I want and is at the perfect temp. We were excited to start using this product the only downsides from our perspective, are the distance between where the water is released and the overflow plate (where the cup sits) resulting in having to wipe down the splash back after every use. Secondly and as already discussed with customer service, the waterflow in our opinion is not always 'smooth or consistent'. Show reply

very fast and i can put a cup in a very well manufactured section of the hot water dispenser that cups can be placed under a spout and a specific amount of water is dispensed into the cup after which the cup can be removed, the contents sturredand milk added if needed. if a larger cup is used the button on the machine can be pressed twice and it will continue to dispense hot water into the cup until the button is pressed a further time to stop it. for larger cups a liquid level indicator can be used and this will alert the blind person as to when the water has reached a level where it is good to stop and add milk or if they do not want milk they can continue to dispense hot water until the second [faster] alert which sounds when the cup is full. this is the only product i know of that works in this way and i stress that the liquid level indicator is not part of the water dispenser but is available to purchse from blindness agencies. i am extremely impressed at how easy, straight forward and reliable this water dispenser appears to be and i am so impressed i purcahsed 2.

Fact, water had a distinct smell and taste no matter what we were advised to do, full cleaning, descaled and many cycles of water through the machine. If we had read the reviews we would not have purchased it. Be aware you also need to pay for the return which is around $20-25 Show details
