last all day, for the four of us that use it throughout the day. Great price from Kleva compared to other brands. Service from Kleva is outstanding too, the first instant hot-water that got delivered had a badly damaged box from Australia Post, I returned to sender and rang Kleva, next day a new one was sent out. We've had this instant hot water dispenser for two weeks and has performed flawlessly and it really does get a work out.

WOW super impressed! The delivery time was very quick, 3 days, and at no extra charge, and that was over the weekend as well. The setup was very straightforward. I have just received my Kleva hot water dispenser and Omg I was amazed just how fast you get hot water. I set it up and turned it on and within three seconds it was boiling hot. proof of the problem and they were extremely helpful. The replacement item was shipped within 3 days and received 7 days later (live in WA). Now back to being a happy camper!! Thank you Klevarange.
Follow-up · The original dispenser lasted 5 months before the on/off & continuous switch stopped working. That was the main problem. Unable to descale or even use the appliance. The new dispenser is working very well, no problems.
I received my dispenser on replacement warranty. I love this unit and use it several times a day. It is compact and delivers hot water anytime I want and is at the perfect temp. will be perfect for my Mum too as she is on her own and does not need a big kettle. I am very happy with it, tho my only criticisms is the the cup rest needs o be able to repositioned higher, as when you have a small cup the water slashes all over the bench.
Follow-up · I took one to my Mum over Christmas and as an 88 year young she finds so much easier to use than a kettle. It’s simply to use, easy to clean and doesn’t look untidy on the bench.. It’s literally instant hot water, my only criticism is that the cup stand doesn’t move up for smaller cups and you end up with “splashes” on the bench, but nothing a quick wipe down doesn’t fix.

Regardless of being pba free, there is still microplastics toxicity from the plastic tank and some of the components. It needs to be a glass tank and stainless steel components
The product was faulty, but I had to pay return postage and was never reimbursed as Kelva advised it was not faulty, but I did not give it enough time for the water to heat up......we thought it was meant to be instant! Show details

Fact, water had a distinct smell and taste no matter what we were advised to do, full cleaning, descaled and many cycles of water through the machine. If we had read the reviews we would not have purchased it. Be aware you also need to pay for the return which is around $20-25 Show details
