Kmart Anko 3 Tier Food Steamer Questions & Answers

I recently just bought an anko 3 tier food steamer. Why is the center part of which water is kept peeling off. And l put sufficient water in to the level required and it smells like it's burning ,like water has ran out. But it actually hasn't.

can I purchase a new lid or steamer rack

when washing my steamer, somehow water gets into the handle part of the lid and there is no way to get it out.
