I just placed an order through the Kmart app for click and collect and it is not showing up in my orders at all, no confirmation email or anything, now I don’t even remember what I ordered! Can you please update your app to show PENDING orders too? Very frustrating

I just did an online order for home delivery. At no time did it tell me how much the delivery fee would be. I have just received a message to say the delivery fee was over $300 I have tried to cancel this order but can’t speak to anyone. This is ridiculous.

On 17 Feb 2025 I ordered and paid for a Queen bed head. I received an order confirmation immediately but a couple of days later got a new phone and the confirmation can't be retrieved. Now 3 weeks later no shipping info ,delay info or any update, certainly no delivery. Had I known about this poor service ,I wouldn't have ordered and are considering cancelling for a refund. Hi there. I ordered 4 items 15 Oct 24 and received a confirmation to collect 1 item, with the remaining items expected within 2 days. I’ve seen these remaining items at a Kmart near me. Kmart wishing tree..... organised collection of toys and money for kids... OK.. but there must be a Kmart paid employee who is supposed to anticipate enquiries before anyone questions the vagueness of this promotion. So rather than sending out info about how much money has been raised for kids ( by Kmart??) they should be also explaining what Kmart actually donated in addition to the donations of the unaffiliated public. That Kmart employee should be answering for this and making sure the 37th Kmart wishing tree promotion is branded according to who is funding it first (on the heading) then who is supporting it written in small print on the footer of the poster.
I remember walking out the store with a redundant gift and realising that it would have to be a return trip to refund (which Kmart always does without hassle), I was shown the wishing tree appeal and asked if I could donate money, I didn't want to get into the phone tap donate etc and I didn't have cash, so I just dropped this redundant toy in there. (With the sales docket stuffed in).
I hadn't considered why Kmart was promoting this wishing tree, because I quickly realised that I didn't get a ticket in a prize draw, so I was on my way. I did notice it was branded Kmart's 36th wishing tree.
Now I receive this notice from Kmart...

Blah blah blah... Kmart Kmart Kmart donated many MILLIONS of dollars worth to charity for kids.
But what did Kmart actually donate? I have been searching for some information about how Kmart must have 'matched' dollar for dollar the monetary donations given by customers to Kmart for the charity, but I haven't found info like that yet. If Kmart is only passing on the donations from customers by holding up a huge cheque with Kmart logo on it and headline that this cheque is from KMART .... wishing tree... then it seems like a lot of kudos for providing a bit of logistics assistance to collect and hold the donated items (many of which were purchased from Kmart) until the Salvos pick it up for sorting and distribution. It also seems like a bit of corporate double dipping if the items are purchased from Kmart by a customer and then given to the Salvos by Kmart (under the wishing tree in their name).
If the wishing tree was Salvos Wishing Tree proudly supported by Kmart and others, that would seem better.
So how much actually money did Kmart contribute? How much of that money comes from the executive management team who thought up this Kmart branded promotion (all on six figure salaries). ???
Why isn't all of this known and readily available information in the messages that are being sent around to promote this corporation

As I suspected, a team of people who are being paid to waste time rather than putting the appropriate information on the Kmart website and in the promotional information that is being dumped in inboxes.
eg, the credit should go to the person who originally asked why this wasn't being done in Australia because it is being done around the world.
The promotions staff who are claiming and branding this as their own should be giving the credit and branding back to the charities and unaffiliated people who donate. Then Kmart can join in with their own donation from corporate. They can match the donations from the public, dollar for dollar.

Hi, I ordered online tonight paid through PayPal and payment went through but never got a order confirmation email. When I didn't get the email off kmart went back and saw that the item I thought I ordered was still in the Cart so I thinking there was a glitch in your system that why I didn't get my email. Can you please me please? I have all the photos of the paypal payment and bank payment coming out and the items I ordered as well.

Same problem. First attempt was PayPal through the Kmart app, second attempt was using PayPal through online web browser. I now have 2 pending charges from my bank account which will eventually time out and the money won't be taken (hopefully) so nothing lost nothing gained. Still... Not great.
Not matter what I do, clear cache, change password. I cannot get the Kmart website or app to sign in with my One Pass account. I have linked them in the One Pass website. It keeps saying 'sorry we're having difficulties connecting your Kmart account and couldn't sign you in. So annoying and frustrating. I just want to be able to claim by free delivery which is what I got the One Pass account for! Thanks!

Same here! Haven’t been able to log in for months. Have downloaded and updated the app several times and tried everything to log in. App needs to be fixed.
I have reported a problem with onepass (reported it years ago) but they don't understand because they won't try to reproduce it. I had my Kmart online account and I was always able to order for click and collect, if I wanted free delivery, then I just increased the quantity so it was over $65 and waited up to 14 days for delivery (sometimes from a distant location). I thought onepass would provide the products quicker and from my local store. Skipping the free delivery $65 threshold of my Kmart online account wasn't my main reason for testing out onepass. Onepass was problematic, the account became corrupted, I wasn't able to use my previous Kmart online login anymore, I wasn't able to get useful support to reset everything from Kmart, I just stopped ordering online. If I want something from Kmart, I just go to the store. (I have saved money because I buy less). I am OK with my result but I am annoyed with the onepass issue because I cannot use onepass for Bunnings or Target etc
I'm truly frustrated with the current situation. My order has not been delivered, and despite multiple inquiries, I have received no feedback unless I initiate contact. The courier informed me three times that they couldn't locate the item at the Kmart warehouse. Kmart claims it's at the Get It Fast depot, while Get It Fast insists they can't find it at Kmart. This lack of clarity is extremely frustrating, and I'm eager to understand what is causing this discrepancy. How can you provide a solution for this problem? I paid for the order and I still did not receive and nobody knows what is happening.
I'm just a normal shopper, not a Kmart Rep. But did you pay with Paypal by any chance ? I put in claim for a refund through Paypal, as we are covered for items that are not delivered. Paypal then notified the store that I had made a claim for a refund and them boom, the item arrived the next day, so then I just cancelled the claim. I think the store takes it more seriously if you make a claim for a refund. There is also a way if you paid with a credit or bank card, contact your bank to apply for reversal of the charge, I think this process takes a while though. You definitely should not have to pay for something you did not receive. Goodluck, I know how frustrating it is.

I have done this 5 times already and nothing yet. I’ve been doing this for over a week.
As Jen has suggested, we should always use PayPal so we can have some protection from the IT mishaps and inconsistent or non existant customer support. I see the usual NON ANSWER from Kmart (no)support. If these people don't start answering questions properly and online, they will loose their jobs to an AI bot. Customer support being paid for nothing, means the company may as well issue immediate refunds with apology, but the slippery slide to No More Customers will still happen but Kmart can save some payroll money until they get there.
Why the no help and no response?! They said they'd pass it on to further management, and haven't responded in the couple days since. No info about what I paid for, no confirmation email, and the money has still been given. I tried emailing for answers, and have gotten silence in response. I want the damn books I paid for or my money back.

Obviously. They said the order didn't go through. You know what did? My money. Both gone from my bank account and with receipt from PayPal. I am down $40, I have an order receipt but the order miraculously ceased existing on your end.

I've just paid with paypal for items at kmart and the payment went though but never got a order confirmation and I noticed when I went back into my cart all the stuff was there that I thought I bought. $121 so don't know what to do if it's kmarts fault or paypal?
