After only one year and used only sparingly the frame has rusted, and its inside the house! The flimsy plastic tube thar runs outside the window crumbled, and Kogan quoted me $50 for a replacement. Its very noisy and takes ages to cool a small room. Also, even when you follow instructions exactly to open the filter cover, the clips snap off and it breaks. And theres no phone number for customer service.
