Kogan 1TB USB 3.0 Portable External Hard Drive

Disappointed – Thought I got a really good deal, 1TB storage and 5 yrs warranty for under $80, however the second time I used it, the little socket that you plug the cord into broke. they were happy to send me a reply paid sticker to send it back and have it checked. They deemed it faulty and refunded me most of what I paid. I wouldn't say the process was quick though, and I asked if they could email me the data that I couldn't get off the hard drive, but they couldn't, so I lost it all. Kogan have some good products, with generally good support, but this hard drive is cheap and made cheaply.
