Lost remote no buttons on tv – We lost the remote whilst on a trip. The only button on tv is on/off ????? Got home tried remote from other kogan tv, not compatible!!!! New remote $50. for Kogan because very few smart 24" tv's on the market. Disappointed is an understatement will be sending tv to charity shop, so frustrated.

Cynical Product – A TV should reasonably combine both vision and sound quality in a commercially sensitive balance. This device has excellent vision quality but unfortunately is matched to a sound system which is clearly not of merchantable quality. In essence, this device suffers from very poor overall design with zero evidence of customer testing - sadly, a very cynical approach to what could have been a product with real market value.

Good value – Arrived Quickly Nice Picture. Sound fair but usable for small room or caravan. Remote easy. Good value. Don't know why many others complain?

tinny sound – Finally my hubbie said I could replace the old tv in the bedroom so I bought this tv on sale.BIG MISTAKE.We have to have to tv up pretty high to hear it comfortably & the sound is so tinny that it almost hurts your ears.My clock radio has better sound & NO tinniness.Next time I'll go for one of the better brands!

Don't bother, go to JB hi fi first – I'm very disappointed with Kogan. Their tv's are poor quality and their after sales service is slow and labourious. g'tee/warranty, and now to have the sound quality suddenly fail after 10 hrs of usage time... I'm not a fan.

Do yourself a favour and buy a branded tv, you'll have many years of happy viewing and if the branded one fails you can usually exchange easily at a store front retailer easier than Kogan. Cheap poor quality, poor back up service, difficulties and delays in delivery, damage to items on delivery, delays and paperwork to exchange items for working items, pixel damage that isn't covered by warranty, sound quality poor.

Poor Sound – Sound on this TV is very tinny. Can't seem to adjust. It is in use in bedroom and older style TV had a better sound quality. If anyone has any suggestions for fixing the sound problem please let me know. Next time I will read reviews before I purchase. Everything else seems fine. Sound quality

Kogan 24 Inch – Just purchased the 24 inch. picture quality is ok for the price, but it does have a poor viewing angle. I have mine quite high in room and faces look orange, but ok when I stand up at eye level. Sound is poor, very tinny. Mine does not pick up one HD or channel 10 (even though other tv I had before did). price

Our 2nd Kogan LED TV – This is our 2nd Kogan LED TV and we are very pleased with it. The price was very good and delivery was quick. We use our TV when we are travelling and find it easy to tune in wherever we are. We are happy with the TV and DVD player and would recommend others wanting to purchase a TV online to first check out what Kogan has to offer. You will not be disappointed. Compact

Nothing else needed – Great TV, light, HD, PVR, simple remote & easy to install and configure. Picture quality is superb, digital reception is clear and overall is as good as my more brand name Panasonic and Samsung screens. Value for money is without a doubt awesome. THis is all backed up with great customer service.

Kogan 24" tv – My new tv is the best purchase I have made in a long time. It has a good picture and makes an excellent second tv for home. The price was also much better than visiting a retail store then haggling over the purchase price. The packaging was very clever, both in the use of materials and protection for the article inside. I like the 6 star energy rating.

Audio quality down – Wonderful picture quality but audio quality is really below par. Have had to resort to external speakers to ensure total viewing pleasure as the audio is lacking any base and is far too tinny and without body. The speakers are far too small to provide adequate viewing pleasure. This needs to be addressed in the LED units. Below par audio quality. Needs to be addressed.

Love my 24" Kogan TV in my kitchen :) – I bought one of these for my kitchen so I don't miss the news (or any other show I might be watching) while I'm cooking or doing dishes. Great price, speedy delivery, easy to use. I would definitely recommend any size Kogan TV, or any size Kogan product for that matter. Size and price and ease of use.

24" Kogan TV is excellent – I have a Kogan 24" TV and it is excellent. The price I paid was half of what other stores like JB Hi fi and Harvey Norman charge and it works great. The picture quality is not thebest but it is very good and I can't complain. It was easy to set up and use Great price. Easy to use I wish they delivered on weekends

Bad – I am unlikely to buy from Kogan again; they are cheap but I guess you get what you pay for! Price The quality of the audio; it is "thin" and "tinny". I have bought external speakers in order to get any sort of acceptable audio. Kogan's excuse is that they make the sets so thin the speaker will be poor. Sounds like they've just cut corners.
