DO NOT BUY, this unit may seem good but is incredibly prone to excessive mold buildup, by the time you know it you're breathing in huge amounts of mold that you cant effectively clean out unlike a regular window unit. This unit only lasted a year before it started leaking water and stopped effectively cooling, I requested a refund from kogan but after wasting 3 whole months of back and fourth emails and even a technician being sent out to assess the unit, I was given no refund. Don't waste your time on this product and just get a regular box window unit because if something goes wrong with this vertical unit you're unlikely to find any guides and instructions on how to fix it or let alone a refund.

Value for Money – Excellent value. Runs of a normal wall socket. Buyer beware tho read the dimensions carefully & make sure 100% it will fit your window. I never did but I was very lucky ..another inch & I would of had to sell 2nd hand. Just fit my window, install took 15 min but did need help lifting into the window. But all in all I live Central Qld & it's very humid but this takes care of that. Cheap air con for a easy install as long as it's suitable for your window.
Edit: The room this is used in has high 12 foot (3.6m ceilings & the room is 5m x 5m (15ft) & works great. Will also admit I use a ceiling fan as well.
Only issues I can see is the LED display is ultra bright....I had to put some duct tape to dull the display as it's that bright & still bright even with the duct tape.

Stopped working after 1 week – Worked ok for 4 nights, now won't cool down the room at all and air does not blow out of machine. Kogan has not been in touch with me even after repeated reporting as faulty, only get a review number Would not ever recommend this company to anyone .
